Andrew was helpful and professional. He patiently responded to my multiple questions. This was a huge expense for me but I realized it was also a necessary expense. Additionally, I appreciated that he kept me informed of the amount of time for each step of the way (ie. assessing the condition of the old opener, installation of the new opener and other parts). I was very impressed by Andrew and would highly recommend him to others.

Eric showed up on time. I explained the problem. He said, give me a moment to look it over. 30 seconds later he had diagnosed my problem. He told me what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me why the garage door was not operating properly. My wife asked when will they be able to fix the garage, thinking we would need to schedule for another day. I told her, Eric is almost done, which she was thrilled with. Eric is a true professional, and I could not be more pleased.

My neighbors in Avalon suggested Precision was the go-to place. After discovering late Sunday afternoon that the spring on my door was broken, I spoke with a live person on Sunday night and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. Joey arrived on time, obviously loving his work. Great communicator, efficient, and professional. He fixed my spring and replaced the rollers in less than an hour, for a great price! I highly recommend Precision (but only if they keep Joey! :))

YES I would highly recommend Precision Garage. My Spring broke and car was in garage They scheduled same day appointment arrived on time of window they gave me. I would recommend technician (Caleb P. ) He was very good and resolved all problems. Very Good at answering questions and provide quote for choices. He gave door a good check up and did proper maintenance to keep my door running quietly and safely. I will call them again if I have a garage door problem.

My day started off with my neighbor texting me that my garage door had been open for about an hour. I closed it. Then; while I was having lunch; it opened again. I reached out to Precision Garage Door around 12:30 PM and was able to obtain a service appointment for 2:00 PM. Around 1:30 PM the service technician assigned to me (Elliot S) called to confirm my availability and his ETA. He got to my home right on time and; after listening to my explaining the events of my 'ghost' garage door openings; started to investigate. He then approached me with two estimates outlining the work he proposed. I selected the complete replacement option and have not regretted my decision. After installation he walked me through the proper operation of everything and even re-programmed the Homelink system in my car. I was very impressed with both the equipment installed but also with the dedication of Elliot. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Eric was the technician who came to service my door. I was in need of a new motor and there were three choices. He went over each option explaining the benefits of each and helped me reach my decision based on need and financial consideration. He worked very diligently installing all of the new items I needed. He is a very articulate young man and a very conscientious one too. When he was finished he went over my bill with me explaining the charges. We have used Precision twice before and were satisfied with how they handled our issues. For our most recent issue, Mark evaluated the situation, identified the cause, and presented me with options for the solution. He then went to work and made the necessary changes. He was very friendly, let me choose the option, and resolved the problem. I'm very pleased with his work. He tried to crack some jokes, but I guess he can't be good at everything! Chase was a very good technician and very knowledgeable in all things garage. I like that he had a technical background in welding. He and I got along very well. He presented to me all options that were available to me. He even provided me some extra hardware for the doors. Highly recommend. I will note things probably out of control of the company, prices are higher than I was expecting. I have used precision garage door in the past. That’s why I chose them. I know that I was going to get excellent service maybe work on adjusting that price a little bit thanks.
