Kalu repaired and installed new garage door springs, coils, bearings, motors and brackets on my recently inoperable garage door. Everything now works quietly, seamlessly, and most importantly, correctly. He did an excellent job and was a joy to work with. He answered all questions, provided numerous options, and instructed me on all installed equipment use after. Great experience!

First I called Garage Door Doctor and they said I needed a new door and it will take 2 to 4 weeks. That was unexceptionable so I called Precision Door. They came out replaced a few parts and I was up and running in 2 hours not 2 weeks, And I didn’t need a new door. Yes I would recommend Precision Door.

I needed help with my garage door called precision they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday. Tony D came out looked at my garage door for me. Serviced the garage door and showed me parts that needed to be replaced no pressure which I appreciate. I replaced the ones that were the most important and will replace the others in time. Very professional and very polite will use them again.

We had Joey H out to repair the springs on our main garage door this morning and he was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he extremely professional but also kind. He explained everything that he seen and what needed to be done thoroughly. The company itself is very reasonably priced and provides high quality service. My dad is the one that bought the garage door and watched him install the whole thing. . My dad was so impressed with this young man. My dads has told me twice about how he never backed tract on anything he done and if he (my dad) was hiring this guy would definitely have a job. He will have another garage door install after it gets warm. Takes a lot to impress an 80 year old man that was once a supervisor but this guy really did. Thank you for such great service. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service, and every aspect from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Same day service and Kevin’s expertise were outstanding. The original door opener failed as I suspected after 9 years. Kevin inspected the system, explained everything to me, including options available. There was absolutely no ‘sales pitch’, only valid information needed to make a decision on a new unit. Kevin took time to ask relevant questions and understand the overall situation: how many times a day the door is used, the number of cars, etc. His interest in installing a door opener that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Once I chose a new unit, he expertly installed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the features of this unit, operation and safety aspects. He also made sure that the app was downloaded on my phone and that I was confident using it. This was not a rush job/installation. Kevin is thorough and a skilled technician which I greatly appreciate. He’s professional, friendly and an outstanding representative of your company. Thank you Precision Garage Door! I called with a concern regarding my garage door and they were at my house 90 minutes later! They could not make the repair that day, but the technician, RJ, did a great job explaining what the issue was and scheduled a time to come back out and fix it. On the day of the repair, RJ arrived on time, fix the issue and everything works great now. I’ve use Precision Garage Door in the past and will continue to use them for any future garage door needs.

Teddy did a great job. He took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He took the time to show us several options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. Once we decided on what we wanted, he got right to work. He was here almost 7 hours working on the doors. He finished and cleaned up his work area. Because of a packaging error by the manufacturer, he returned the next day to install light covers on one of the motors. He also adjusted one of the doors while he was here. I am very pleased with the work he did and the final product.
