Our vehicles were "trapped" in our garage when a spring broke on Saturday. I remembered the Precision Garage Door Service commercials along with getting two neighbors' referrals. Teddy was available on Memorial Day and fixed the problem. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer. I was given two options to consider for the repairs and never felt pressured nor felt like I was being "upsold". Thanks again, Teddy, for your great work! My wife and appreciated meeting you!

Eric was amazing, patient and answered all my questions without judgement. Eric showed up early and treated my time, as important as his own. So wonderful when the service industry has a bad habit of not caring about the customers time. I would also like to call out Kevin who was the previous technician who worked on my garage door and mentors you younger, newer technicians. Eric said that Kevin mentored him, so great job Kevin. You are teaching them well!!

For over 14 years I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. The people are great and professional. They are the only company I would consider for garage door service or installation. Today Orland was at my house to correct an intermittent problem closing my garage door. Previously tried to fix the problem, but it returned the next day. He analyzed the potential causes and adjusted the springs, lubricated the doors rollers, adjusted the trip light and reset the circuit board. I am extremely pleased with the steps he took to keep the problem from recurring. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis.

I called Precision to replace the seal under our garage door. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful. She said a tech would be there that same afternoon between 12 and 2. Austin showed up at 12:01! After replacing the seal, Austin inspected our garage door and advised the cables and springs had limited life. Precision replaced many parts in 2011. After showing me the situation, I decided to go ahead with repairs as we are planning to sell our home in the near future. Austin was very professional, worked hard to install the parts, and has a can do attitude. I would highly recommend Precision Door to those in need.
