We were having difficulties with our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a technician within 3 hours. Upon arrival the technician inspected the opener and the door. He informed us of the issues with both and offered several options to resolve the issue. The work was completed at that time in a timely and professional manner. The quality of service, product and personnel was excellent. From my chat online to schedule for a next day repair, the communication from Precision Door Service, the knowledge and Professionalism of James was REMARKABLE! Will be recommending James and Precision to EVERYONE I come across that needs Garage door services! James gave me all of my options and recommendations with NO pressure. Luckily with all of his Knowledge and Expertise he explained EVERYTHING. We chose the HIGH FREQUENCY Springs as replacements since we use our garage door for Everything. Also upgraded to Nylon rollers with SEALED bearings. Also a few other parts that I believe should have been part of our door installation from ANOTHER company 4 years ago. Thank you James! I have used your service before. My garage door buckled and fell on my car. I called you and was told a technician would be out between 8-10. James Vanderbur was here promptly. He was so pleasant and assured me he could get the door off the car. He called for help to fix the door enough to get it closed. He was efficient, showed me options for a new door. I called Precision because their website promotes same day service but I never expected the technician to be at my house within 45 minutes on a Saturday! Who really wants to say that an unexpected out of pocket expense was outstanding...? Well, it was for me. Truly appreciated the quick response and highly professional service received from my tech! Couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Precision. A few years ago they were able to recommend and install an opener, rollers, etc. that worked well with our original 1965 garage door which is extremely heavy, saving us the cost of a new door. They also have been very responsive to calls for routine maintenance and minor service. The tech that installed our unit is typically the one that comes out for service. He's very respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable and has been with Precision for a number of years and is highly complimentary of the company. Happy customer, happy Would highly recommend Precision!!!
