Martin loves to play disc golf in his spare time. He also likes to spend a lot of time outdoors, whether that be camping, fishing, or just sitting around a fire with friends. He grew up on the north side of Indianapolis and has lived most of his adult life in and around Indianapolis. He is one of the very few people who actually enjoys going to work. He has a history in working with his hands and really enjoys his job. Fun fact: he is a professional disc golfer! Anyone can be though you just have to pay for the membership!

Booked appointment on line with no problem. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed problem quickly and did a good job making the necessary repair in a timely manner. A little expensive, but so is everything else these days. Will definitely use again for any future repair needs.

I called Precision this morning to report that my garage door would not operate. It moved about 3 inches when I pushed the button but that was it. I was familiar with Precision because I had used their services about a year ago for a similar problem. I was given a window of arrival but received a call later, that a technician was available to come earlier. I no sooner hung up from that call when their technician Martin called to be sure I was available and that he was just 7 minutes away. Upon his arrival, I explained to Martin the problem I was having and he immediately addressed the issue and had my door operational in a matter of minutes! I can't say enough about Precision's technicians and the friendly and professional manner in which they handle these situations. I can't imagine why anyone would call another company. Kudos to Precision Door Service for all they do. They are the best!!

From the lady that answered my call to the technician, it was all-around great service. The technician was at my house about 20 minutes after I called to schedule. The unit was replaced within an hour. Couldn't be more pleased, highly recommend!

It's refreshing to use a company that values customer service. Martin came to repair our garage door spring. He was on time and courteous. He explained what the problem was and what he would do to repair it. He provided options. We decided to defer some of the options. Same day service was provided on a complicated garage door issue. My service rep, Martin, was responsive, professional, and provided much expertise and a range of options for repairs. I really appreciated his confidence in getting the door working again and quickly. I may need to invest more in this door in the future but I appreciate the non-hassle approach and will use Precision Door again. I would give Martin 6 stars if I could.

I have used Precision for service several years. So when I needed new garage doors and openers I called them and so glad I did. My technician, Martin D, was so courteous, hard working and dedicated to doing a great job! He didn't even take a break but continued to work. He explained everything to me and even programmed my openers to my car!! He has such a wonderful personality and work ethic. Had a cable break on one side of my garage door. The technician, Martin D., explained everything that needed to be done. On a limited after Christmas budget, I w as s able to get both cables replaced, 3 bearings replaced and everything lubed and adjusted to perfection.
