DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE A GARAGE DOOR FROM PRECISION DOOR SERVICE! Their service is no existent. I called and had their door estimator come out Thursday and he quoted me a garage door but said that it would be 6 weeks before the doors might be in but someone would call me Friday to schedule the install - which NO ONE HAS DONE. I called twice and get the same answer, someone will call me back - BOT NO ONE HAS. Now keep in mind, when the estimator was here he had to open and close the door several times for pictures etc and in that process the hinges finally broke and the door was inoperable. He said to disconnect it from the motor and try opening and closing it manually. I did pay the down payment of $445 and do not want to lose that money, but I need a garage door. So I paid Precision money for a new garage door but no one will call me back to tell me when it will be delivered. Anyway, I am hoping the owner of this company will see this response and call me to discuss how to exceed in delivering Customer service. I am very dissatisfied and am looking elsewhere to see if I can get a door from another company in less than 6 weeks!!

We were very satisfied with our meeting to have a new garage door installed. Paul showed up on time and was very professional in measuring and explaining all our options. He never tried to over sell, showed us our options and let us decide what we wanted. Paul explained that our garage door opener was working fine and did not need replaced at this time, but we could call and have it replaced if anything would happen to go wrong. Paul was very friendly and informative.

Install was performed by Terrence Cotton and he was really detailed with regards to testing and adjusting. Took his time showing me how everything worked. I want to highly compliment Paul, who came to our home to examine our damaged garage door, and determine what repairs were needed. Unfortunately repairs could be made, and he agreed to provide an estimate for a new door. Paul's estimate was very thorough and complete. The damage had been caused by a roofing contractor while installing a new roof on our home, so I will now be contacting him about his liability and insurance coverage. At this point I wish to compliment Paul and all of the representatives that I have spoken with, as everyone has been so courteous and concerned, following up with email confirmations, pre-service phone calls and, what more can I say.
