Alex was able to give me a quote during a visit the same day I scheduled on the website. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional, and each of the offerrings are preloaded on his truck. I did receive another quote from a competitor, who had no examples and was much less friendly and helpful. This purchase was unexpected so I really appreciate the professionalism of Precision.

Alex came out to quote a new garage door and didn’t push more than what I wanted or need to solve my problem. He was very professional and courteous. My expectations were met and communication with the company was seamless. I choose precision because they are a local company and have all the resources to meet my needs.
