Our garage door broke, and Precision Garage Door was able to get a tech out in a couple of hours. Josh replaced the opener, explained its operation, programmed the remote, the keypad and our car’s remote. He was pleasant and professional. Would definitely use them in the future.

Serviced the garage door opener. I was not able to be present during the service, but the tech, Joel was great. I was hoping just an adjustment was needed, but he let me know the opener needed to be replaced. I fully trusted his judgement and he did not try to sell me more than what was needed. Opener was replaced during his visit - a separate service call was not needed and he kept me informed throughout the process.

We had a garage door that wouldnt open. He walked me through all the options to get the door fixed and explained why things weren't working. He told me the parts that really needed to be replaced and others that we could hold off on. Very happy with his quick turnaround and how informed he was. He even had to work around the car to fix the garage door!

We had an issue with our car and handheld opener would occasionally not open or close the garage doors. Mike was able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution. Mike also identified all of the other issues that required new parts and maintained. All in all, we will have both of our garage doors once again operating the best and have two new openers. From the moment I called for a quote I was impressed. They were kind, honest and helpful. The communication was fantastic! They called to give me an estimate of when Brandon was going to be there and when he was running late they called again to let me know! Brandon and Jared were great as well! Professional and gave us all the options. They went the extra mile and stayed until after 6p to complete the job and make sure we got the app downloaded and the keypad programmed. I would recommend them all day to anyone who asked!!!

Very personable, clearly skilled at his work, and he never tried to upsell us or push unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, which I really appreciated. I also really liked that the company sends a short blurb about your technician ahead of time. It made the whole experience feel more personal and professional before he even arrived. Cole was our technician and he was great! He had fantastic customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options and explained in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything extra at any point and very clearly laid out what needed to be fixed. They also worked with me on timing to help me get same day service at a time that worked for me and gave me updates throughout the day. I cannot say how happy I am with Precision Garage Door, and with Kevin, the technician who did my work. I was really happy even before anyone showed up, though, because I found out when I first called that the service call price was literally HALF the price of the company I called first. In addition, the other company couldn’t offer less than a FIVE hour window for when they would show up, but Precision offered a three hour window. So I was already happy when Kevin came at 10am. He was polite, efficient, and professional. He was also personable and had a great attitude. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without delay. He displayed creative problem-solving talent and also offered further possible solutions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone! Thank you!!
