My garage door is 12 years old, and it was squeaking and rattling more than it had at first. I called Precision to come out and take a look, contemplating a tune-up. Josh explained that the bearings in the rollers were worn and there was a slight alignment issue with the cable. He gave me a summary of options, including leaving things "as is" because the door was working. No sales pressure. I chose to have some parts replaced. Josh made the repairs in under an hour (which impressed me) and the door runs smoothly and quietly now. It was a professional and satisfying experience.

Having dealt with many servicemen in my 78 years, Drew Thatcher was the very best. His personality shows through with the delivery of information needed to make a decision. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable of all facets of service to a garage door opener. He also looks you right in the eyes when delivering all information. I have used Precision Door years before. The experience then was good, so I called again. Fortunately, nothing major needed to be done. Austin, (my technician) was very pleasant, easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable, explained to me what the issue was and the solution to address it. He didn't talk down to me or try to sell me a new door or equipment I don't need. When completed, he followed up with asking me if there was anything else he could do. I'd recommend him/Precision Door again. (We have our HOA meeting in a few weeks. They are always asking us to let them know if we have a good experience with service providers. I have one to give them now.) Austin seemed like a nice guy. I'll bet he's an even nicer guy outside of work.

My garage door spring broke. The technician, Scott, came that evening to fix it so I could get my car out. The technician also pointed out a couple of other issues that should be addressed, which I appteciated. I approved that work. He was pleasant and efficient.
