My Model opener is 2028. The opto wheel was bad. The Teck replace the wheel and the unit is know working as it should!! For anyone who has this model opener to me this looks like it may be a on going problem? The new park looks like the old part when it comes to thickness of the part? The old part was cracked. Precision is 5 star in my book!!

Found Precision online with good star ratings. Checked BBB and they are A+ rating. They came out same day when my garage door spring snapped. Andrew is Extremely nice and personable. Gave me all the facts on all items that were in poor condition and went over all the costs of the choices. My Garage Door has never worked this well since we moved here and I thank them for the fast and professional service to repair my door. Highly Recommend Precision.

I have used Prescision for maintenance and repairs for the last few years. Our garage door opener was nearing the end of it's life and I knew that going in to the appointment today. My keypad wasn’t working so I called Precision based on reviews online. I was given an appointment for next day but was called with an opening later same day. Pat was the technician. He was personable and explained things clearly. I told him that my door was wonky when it opened and closed and he explained why that happened and gave me 3 options to consider to remedy the problem. I chose one of the options and got a new keypad and cables and wheels. The visit and the work was completed in under 2 hrs. I would recommend Precision for any garage door problem.

The Precision Team, Eric and Brandon were knowledgeable and efficient and gave us total confidence in their abilities. We received an impressive, detailed text when they were on their way. Also, the service call was made the day after we called to request service. It is so nice to deal with professionals who really know what they are doing and know their business. Precision is very lucky to have Eric and Brandon on their team. Also, they were personable and courteous and diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. In addition, they made the repairs efficiently. If ever needed, we would definitely use Precision again, we highly recommend them!
