On Saturday 03/24/24 about 10 am the electrical connection to the garage door & opener was broken. I called Precision Garage Door Service. I was greeted by a friendly voice who asked some questions & advised me that someone could be out that same day between 2 & 5 pm to see what could be done. She advised the person would be Joey H. At about 1 pm Joey H called to see if he could come earlier than 2 pm since he had finished his previous job. He got to my home about 1:30 pm. My garage equipment was 37 years old He looked at all of my equipment. Then we sat down to talk about what I wanted him to do. He offered to try to use some of the old equipment. However, I felt that would not be this best use of his time or my money. Plus I got a senior discount. He installed all new equipment & wiring. At no extra cost, he also took all the old equipment & cleaned up the garage. The door moves sooo quietly. It was a fantastic positive experience. I am very happy with my new garage door opener and all the equipment that goes with it. It all started with the person who picked up the phone & Joey H who did the work. ????

Same-day service for inoperative garage door. Brandon showed up early, diagnosed the solutions, provided options and up-front costs. He showed how to correct the issues, and even researched discounts for the needed corrective services. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.

I was impressed with how quickly I was able to make an appointment. The 2 hour time window was very convenient while waiting for the technician and they showed up on time. Pat was knowledgeable and kind, was able to answer my many questions and replace my opener quickly and professionally. He helped me set up the keypad and the app before he left too. He did a great job and I will be using this company for any further garage door/opener issues in the future.

Patrick was awesome. Friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything prior, told me all of my options, with no pressure. This was our second time using Precision Door, both times needing immediate help. Alicia was super helpful and considerate. She went above and beyond. Most likely we’ll purchase a new door within two mouths but since Patrick got us up and running, we’re not near as rushed. So thankful Alisha called me back after I didn’t get through the first time I called. Thanks!

Was very pleased with the service. Technician was polite and explained everything to me. I opted to have opener replaced since it was 20 years old. Door had had some work done in 2018 by previous homeowner. He was finished in time frame he said it would take. Rating by BBB was a factor in choosing your company plus a friend had recently your company.

Josh B was an excellent Service Technician!! Polite, courteous, professional & very knowledgeable of the job. Josh was very detailed in explaining the issues that was going on with my garage door & the best way to repair it so the issue doesn't arise again no way soon. He did not try to up sell me in any fashion but gave opinions for me to choose which route I wanted to take to repair it. Hi…. I choose Precision Garage door while looking through google and noticed I could set my own hours to book a time that is convenient for me.. I placed my appointment my self and asked for hours between 10a-12p gave my cell phone info for a next day service, and “BOOM”, customer service called me to confirm my service just like that! I was impressed! By the way I did call AHS and they referred me to someone who I had to wait several days for him to come out. ( both of my vehicles were still and my garage for 2 days since Thursday and Friday , and maybe Monday! ???????? You guys are awesome with fixing my problem within 12 hours from me setting my appointment! Your service deems professional at the highest and I appreciate that! ????????????????

It was promptly confirmed and the technician came on time the next morning. He did his inspection and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Professional service. Orlando H called to inform us of his arrival time. Once here he got straight to working on doors. Checked over both doors. He made some recommendations on some issues that were present on our doors, that would cause bigger issues over time such as the adjustable operator reinforcement bracket and torsion cables that were rusting. It was nice to have someone review the entire door and not coming to fix the problem (broken spring) and leave and then we have problems later that could have been fixed earlier. Would hire them again.

My garage door was out of service due to a broken spring. I remembered hearing a commercial from Precision and decided to give them a call. Andrew arrived precisely at the appointed time and got right to work to take care of the broken spring problem. He was cheerful, professional, courteous and efficient. He also took care of some other issues with the garage door and now it operates like new. I recommend this company because of their professional attitude and concern for the customer.

Precision Garage Door Service is the only company I call for my garage doors. I may not be the only one who realizes your garage door needs attention right when you try to leave for work or an important appointment. It's always at the worst moment, it seems. But Precision is always available and ready to help, even the same day. I love that they send a text introducing the person headed to your house with a little bio, so you already feel that you know them when you let them into your house. And each service person is nicer than the last. The service is not only timely, but thorough. They walk you through every issue that they see, the one that got you today, and the ones that will get you later. They come prepared to fix anything and have options so you don't feel pressured. After reading manuals and watching YouTube videos, I still couldn't get the garage door transmitter in our new car to talk with our 25-year-old operator. Royal arrived at the agreed-to time and performed his magic to make it work, using techniques that aren't in the manuals! He also inspected and lubed the door and operator. Well done!
