I recently requested a quote for garage door opener/garage door repair service from Precision Garage Door Service and based on the response time to my estimate request, estimate detail and site visit scheduling, I gave Orlando the go ahead for the project. He set expectations for the project start to finish which were exceeded every step of the way. Orlando, the lead tech on the project, was masterful in designing, engineering and executing the project requirements. Although Orlando committed to completing the project in a specified period of time, I was shocked - based on the job requirements - when he did exactly that. And a plus, Orlando actually left the job site in better condition than when he found it. If you are seeking low stress, extremely high quality professional garage door opener/garage door service, at a fair price, I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Patrick was awesome. Friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything prior, told me all of my options, with no pressure. This was our second time using Precision Door, both times needing immediate help. Alicia was super helpful and considerate. She went above and beyond. Most likely we’ll purchase a new door within two mouths but since Patrick got us up and running, we’re not near as rushed. A spring broke on my garage door. Precision had a technician come out to repair it within a couple of hours. The technician, Drew, was fantastic! He was personable, polite, and very knowledgeable. The garage door springs broke first thing Monday morning trapping our cars in. I went on-line to schedule an appointment and the springs were replaced by lunch! I worked with Austin for installation of a Belt Drive Garage Door Opener (2022) and repair (2024). Installation: I was replacing a chain drive garage door opener on two garage doors. Austin clearly explained the differences between chain and belt drivers openers, which made the decision easy to convert from chain drive to belt drive. The install had some challenges as a result of poor decisions in the original install, but Austin fixed everything and verified everything worked. Repair: Austin made adjustments to garage tracks/frames for smoother open/close and explained proper maintenance steps. Austin is great to work with!

Precision was amazing. They came out within an hour to fix our door. They knew we needed to get our car out and sent Pat out as soon as they could. Pat was great and he was able to do the repair under an hour! He was wonderful!

Was very pleased with the service. Technician was polite and explained everything to me. I opted to have opener replaced since it was 20 years old. Door had had some work done in 2018 by previous homeowner. He was finished in time frame he said it would take. Rating by BBB was a factor in choosing your company plus a friend had recently your company.

The technician, Eric Gellenbeck, was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and had my garage doors working great within a very short time. I was also impressed by the amount of repair parts carried on their trucks, no waiting for parts to be ordered or a return trip to install.
