Needed a part replaced on my garage door. Precision came out the next morning and did an inspection of the door. Found springs to be worn, as well as cable drums. Showed me the worn parts, no high pressured sales. I checked prices with other providers and Precision was in line price-wise. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I'd use them again.

Hello Precision. James came to my home yesterday to determine the issue I was having with my garage door. He did his inspection and reported back to me with my immediate problem as well as some potential problems. Along with that, he offered solutions that I felt were very reasonable. Working with James was a very pleasant experience. I can't believe I spent more money than I had expected, purchasing everything except the door itself, but I felt like it was money well spent. EXTREMELY impressed with Precision's service. I called around 5:00 on a Sunday afternoon when I found the cable mounts and springs had failed expecting to have to schedule a time for a visit later that week. Instead, they had a technician out by around 6:00 and had the repairs completed in a couple of hours. The tech Precision sent out, James Vanderbur, is a top notch professional who went above and beyond to get the repairs made and to ensure the doors were properly adjusted and in top working order. I highly recommend Precision with no hesitation!

First of all, Karen through the "Chat" was very responsive and communicated clearly your services. She answered my questions and made this process very simple and easy. James Vanderbur was here until after 8pm making sure we were taken care of. After he installed the garage door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and then he suggested replacing the rollers on the door which we did. He did a great job on the installation and was very friendly and helpful. "The Precision" DOOR Technician, James, came by our home today (4 hours after my request) to have my garage door inspected for periodic service. His arrival was prompt, he was pleasant and courteous. The door and open/closure electrics and mechanics were carefully inspected and operated. His explanations, Maintainance and operating advice were very helpful. There are no evident current problems. He advised that we have another inspection in 4-5 years. I would be pleased to have James assigned for my next Inspection. The "Service Performed" was "Periodic Inspection and related Service".YOUR option did not offer a "service and inspection," only option. I suggest that you add that option.

Precision has been my choice for all garage door needs for years. You all provide quality products and service. You arrive when you say you’re going to.
