Eric was very helpful with recommendations for needed rebuild. Service was great. Would suggest company permit technicians to install only 1 bearing, rather than pricing structure making full rebuild only economical option.

It would be helpful to receive a printed itemized list before approving work. I realize that would mean a primer on the truck- but maybe the itemized list could be texted or emailed on the spot?

The technicians performing the tune-up were efficient, explained serious potential problems very well, and even enlightened me about why the bulb in my opener was't working for years (I was using the new style bulb). I appreciated that very much.

Very professional technician completed our repair on a Sunday. Felt he was honest with us as he explained what parts needed to be replaced and options available. We replaced the parts he recommended replacing to extend life of garage door until we are ready replace the door.

I chose this company mainly for the 4-hour guaranteed service even on weekends; however, I called on a Sat and the first available time was the following Mon, and that didn't work for me, so I had to take Wed off work. That is the only reason for the 4 stars b/c I had my hopes up for a weekend fix and felt the website was misleading. The technicians that showed up were great and friendly.

I am uncertain of how durable the nylon rollers are but the service was well-done and the new keypad works just fine. It was expensive but if it works for many years to come and the rollers hold up, it will be a good investment.

Jeremy did a great job. Very knowledgable, on time and professional. Only reason I did not give a 5 is because they added a $15 fuel surcharge to the bill. That was not mentioned on the phone or in person. I didn't even know it was there until I got the bill emailed to me. Not cool :(
