I had service performed on 2 doors that needed worn out parts replaced . The technician was very informative and explained all phases of the repair process . I had an unrelated issue ( not service or install related ) that was handled Very promptly and professionally with a very satisfied experience . This company does care about its customers . I would use Precision again and would recommend to others .
