I had a wonderful experience beginning with the first phone call to schedule service. Each and every customer service person I spoke to was upbeat and super friendly. The service was prompt and fairly priced. My garage door was repaired on the same day. Joey was equally as friendly and accommodating. He drew up estimates for me and explained them to me in detail. I've been in customer service my entire life and believe me, this is a top-notch company. Bravo Precision Garage Door Service! Keep up the good work.

Precision Garage Door just finished repairing my garage door. The spring broke on a Sunday no doubt. I pulled them up on their website and filled in my request. Easy and scheduled a Monday repair. They called me a couple hours later and said they could do it today. Replaced the springs, shaft bracket and rollers in about 2 hours. Service person was courteous, provided me quote and made it look easy. Second time I’ve used Precision and both times they were great. Highly recommend them.

My neighbors in Avalon suggested Precision was the go-to place. After discovering late Sunday afternoon that the spring on my door was broken, I spoke with a live person on Sunday night and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. Joey arrived on time, obviously loving his work. Great communicator, efficient, and professional. He fixed my spring and replaced the rollers in less than an hour, for a great price! Initially called with a sudden door failure to open. Service tech Joey, was fortunately able to come much earlier than scheduled. He quickly diagnosed broken springs as the cause and I also mentioned loud squealing from both doors that was only temporarily resolved with lubricant. His analysis of the damage, as well as failing parts, was very thorough. Was provided both repair & refurbishment options with no up sell pressure. I elected to have my 20+ year door mechanicals refurbished, along with the spring repair and they function as smoothly & quietly as I can ever recall. Long overdue! Great warranty & reasonable price for all the work I had completed, and done in only a few hours. Joey was polite & professional, and was very knowledgeable of and competent in his work. I highly recommend him & the company!

Serviced the garage door opener. I was not able to be present during the service, but the tech, Joel was great. I was hoping just an adjustment was needed, but he let me know the opener needed to be replaced. I fully trusted his judgement and he did not try to sell me more than what was needed. Opener was replaced during his visit - a separate service call was not needed and he kept me informed throughout the process.

Well I feel so fortunate that after contacting Precision Garage Door Service yesterday they sent out the most knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, caring, and friendly service technician that I’ve ever been associated with!!! He was an absolute pleasure just talking with him as he continued to install a new Genie garage door opener today!! To top that off Joey’s manager knew that I’m on disability and on a fixed income so he agreed with me to let me pay when I get my disability check next month!! Our garage door quit working over the weekend. It was easy to make an appointment first thing on Monday for later that same morning. The technician, Joey, arrived promptly and did a great job evaluating the issue and then replacing the broken parts in a very timely manner. I am not satisfied with the outcome of services as the cost balloon to an unexpected larger sum amount. Originally I intended to replace apiece of rubber at the bottom of the door and services in general. I had thought that a budget amount around $300.00 is reasonable. As it turned out, two springs were replaced costing $500.00 plus parts. The garage opener was functioning before springs replacement, however it became malfunctioning after technician trying to adjust ( not sure why ). He even commented on the commercial quality of the opener which allowed garage door still working from one side of the spring. It was a totally unexpected turn of event that I am very disappointed in the services. More importantly the total cost of replacing the opener which added up to over $ 1,200.00. I am anxious to speak to the owner of Precision at the earliest opportunity.

We had Joey come out yesterday and “save our bacon” when our garage door malfunctioned. He was quick, efficient, and also recommended some minor maintenance issues.
