He took his time and answered all my questions and made sure I understood. I will request him every time. Great example and representative for Precision Garage Door Service!

Our garage door opener failed out of nowhere on a Monday night. I usually steer clear of the "big guys" that advertise all the time and thought about asking NextDoor for recommendations, but I finally decided to just schedule an appointment with Precision. They had an opening the very next morning; I gave them a couple pieces of info and was all set. The next morning, I got a call asking if they could come out even earlier. Joey showed up and was incredibly helpful in determining what style of motor we needed. He was honest and gave advice as if he were working on his own house. He took the time to explain the install process and gave the overall system a thorough once-over. The install took less than two hours from start to finish, and he even took the extra time to program my wife's car to work with the new opener. No one likes spending money on home repairs, but for the first time in a long time, I felt great about the purchase and the quality of the work. Precision will absolutely be my first call if anything goes wrong in the future.

Joey was outstanding. Called to let me know when he would be here. He was on time and took the time to listen to my description of what the garage door was doing/wasn't doing. He inspected the door and quickly determined the root cause and took the steps to remedy the situation and completely serviced the entire door, bearings, hinges, rollers, reversed two of the top rollers for smooth operation. and realigned the motor assembly. His knowledge was evident and I am glad I have chosen Precision for all of my garage door needs! Bless the Precision Team! Did I mention the door is now operating as quiet as a mouse in church. :-)

I had a great experience with this garage company and the technician, Joey. They were efficient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair and very reasonable, and I never felt pressured into paying for anything I didn’t need. What stood out the most was how trustworthy they were. It’s not always easy to find someone you feel comfortable leaving your home in the hands of, but I felt confident from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service!

I had a wonderful experience beginning with the first phone call to schedule service. Each and every customer service person I spoke to was upbeat and super friendly. The service was prompt and fairly priced. My garage door was repaired on the same day. Joey was equally as friendly and accommodating. He drew up estimates for me and explained them to me in detail. I've been in customer service my entire life and believe me, this is a top-notch company. Bravo Precision Garage Door Service! Keep up the good work.

Joey H provided outstanding service. He came promptly (at the early edge of my service time window), patiently explained multiple options for repair/replacement (I asked a lot of questions) and assured that everything worked correctly on job completion. He also did maintenance service on my existing garage door as well as programmed my outdoor fixed remote. Highly recommend. (Job done 6/29/26)

Precision Garage Door just finished repairing my garage door. The spring broke on a Sunday no doubt. I pulled them up on their website and filled in my request. Easy and scheduled a Monday repair. They called me a couple hours later and said they could do it today. Replaced the springs, shaft bracket and rollers in about 2 hours. Service person was courteous, provided me quote and made it look easy. Second time I’ve used Precision and both times they were great. Highly recommend them.

Because we have used your company in the past and were always very Satisfied.. This time we had your Tech named Joey. He was very professional & informative while evaluating what needed to be done. He mentioned after testing that it would be best if we replaced the motor. And also reinforced our garage door. He did exceptionally well on all repairs & replacement parts.....When Joey was finished he went over all the changes he made and how quiet it is now....

We were having issues with our main garage door opening and closing properly, and Joey came out to take a look at things for us. He explained the issues clearly and did a fantastic job repairing everything for us, and cleaned up the work area nicely. It's so nice to have everything up-to-date and worry-free now. We have used Precision in the past, so we were happy to use them once again. We highly recommend them!

The technician (Joey H) called to say he was on the way to our house. He arrived on time, as promised. He quickly resolved the problem of our automobile remotes not working. Joey was very pleasant and professional. Additionally he lubricated and adjusted the garage door. This was definitely a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this company.
