When I called late last week I was astonished to learn I could get an appointment on Sunday afternoon! The tech who came, Joey H., was very personable, clearly explained what I needed, and installed it on the spot. He also inspected, adjusted, and lubricated my garage door since he was here. I am 100% satisfied and impressed with the service I received.

We scheduled the $69 inspection coupon to have our garage doors serviced and lubricated. Joel arrived promptly and walked my wife through the process of what he would be doing. After his initial inspection, he went over his findings by prioritizing things that were an immediate issue, potential issues or future issue. Once we decided on the repairs we wanted done, he was able to complete the repairs on the one door and maintenance on the other in an hour. Joel was pleasant and kind and was not a pushy salesman. He worked with my wife to make sure she understood what she was asking for and went over the pricing sheet to make her feel comfortable with the decision she was making. I am pleased with the work and how quiet our doors are now.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work that Joey did today not to mention his knowledge of garage doors and door openers. My opener quit working several months ago apparently from a lightning strike but Joey had the board and rpm sensor on his truck ready to install!! Hats off to Joey!! If I need anything else done, I am going to request Joey, my dog even loved him!!
