They set my time window from 9am to 11am. Greg M texted me at 8am to confirm and showed up right at 9am. In addition to the broken spring, he found that the bearings were shot. In about an hour, he fixed the issues and serviced the hinges on both garage doors. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis in general, and Greg M. in particular. Hopefully we can request him personally for any future garage door service needs.

Nothing but professional and he’s only 22! Chase M. Replaced our garage door opener and a lot of the door’s parts too! Now, the opener works as smoothly as Chase does. Great young man and consider yourself lucky to have him on your Team! The Miles’ Family

Everyone we encountered with Precision was courteous, friendly and helpful. They answered the phone and scheduled us first thing the next day. We got updates by text and even a bio about our Technician, Orlando. He was super nice and extremely helpful. He explained as much as I needed him to and he bent over backwards to provide the best service within our budget. He never talked down to me and helped me make informed choices. I would highly recommend Precision!!

Joey was outstanding. Called to let me know when he would be here. He was on time and took the time to listen to my description of what the garage door was doing/wasn't doing. He inspected the door and quickly determined the root cause and took the steps to remedy the situation and completely serviced the entire door, bearings, hinges, rollers, reversed two of the top rollers for smooth operation. and realigned the motor assembly. His knowledge was evident and I am glad I have chosen Precision for all of my garage door needs! Bless the Precision Team! Did I mention the door is now operating as quiet as a mouse in church. :-)

I called this morning for the replacement or service on our garage door operator. It had stopped working right after the storm created a power surge. Precision said that they could get to us today. Their service technician arrived and immediately checked out the operator and inspected the overhead door. The technician was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for such excellent work. Your company is appreciated!

Austin was my technician. He was amazing and represented your company well. He was friendly and you could tell he knew what he was doing after his 1st look. I will give Precision Garage Door to any friends, relatives and neighbors having garage door problems. Thanks for the great service.

Bottom panel was damaged. Installer pointed it out to me and said it would be replaced. Took pics of the damage to send in and informed me that someone would reach out to me to schedule a replacement date.

It’s hard to make decisions who to hire for home repairs, but Precision had helped us before so I felt it would be wise for me to reach out again since we had excellent service at our prior encounter. This repair was a bit more in depth than the previous one, but it was handled by Vladimir and Peter with the utmost professionalism.

Hi Joel, I just wanted to tell you how pleased my wife and I were with the service Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis provided us. The service technician (Caleb P.) was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the garage door and answered all the questions I had about my garage door and then some. He went over the door with a fine tooth comb! Very thorough! This is precisely why we have stayed with Precision Garage Door all these years. Your companies dependability is second to none! Thanks once again for all the help Caleb P. provided and the professionalism he brought to the job. All the best, Tom and Lisa Koehler

The guy's Eric and his trainee, sorry I forgot his name were on time. They did a fantastic job getting my garage door back operating in optimal condition. Eric answered all my questions and offered his opinion on some issues. They both did excellent work and I'm very satisfied and happy with the results. Thanks for helping out and doing a job well done. Will use your services in the future if and when needed. Thanks.

Clayton was service tech who came to my home. I found him to be qualified, hard working and very polite. Neighbors gave me a referral. Off to sketchy start when I picked an appointment time your scheduling offered 4-7 on Tuesday. Then rec’d a call at 5:10 advising they would not be able to keep appt., so I opted for 8-9 this morning and got a call that I could expect them at 9:15. So that window not met either, I did find the total cost of $1733 costly but I did not compared shop this job which I typically do for any expenditures over $1000.
