Dakota came out this morning and fixed our garage door. He told us some of the reasons of could be and said he would check each one at a time before just doing everything. I would definitely recommend Precision. Easy online scheduling. They send a bio of the serviceperson in advance so you know who is coming to your house. Dakota was extremely professional, worked thoroughly to identify the problem and present us with options and explain the problems and the outcomes of repairing or delaying the repairs. He had everything he needed to complete the job that day and finished in a timely manner.

The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and what might have been the problem with the garage door. Since my garage door was under warranty, I just paid the $88 for a tune up. I saw on my invoice an energy surcharge of $23. If I wasn't under warranty, I would have question why I would have to pay that.
