I would definitely recommend Precision. Easy online scheduling. They send a bio of the serviceperson in advance so you know who is coming to your house. The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and what might have been the problem with the garage door. Since my garage door was under warranty, I just paid the $88 for a tune up. I saw on my invoice an energy surcharge of $23. If I wasn't under warranty, I would have question why I would have to pay that.

One of the springs broke on my garage door, when I asked a few about who to use precision garage doors was brought up. When I have called other companies it has always been a few days before I can get on the schedule to be seen. But precision garage doors was able to fit me in right away. Dakota came out right on time and was very easy to work with. I work from home and sometimes things come up. He was so patient with me when I had to answer a work call. He did a very thorough investigation of the issue and a great job showing me the breakdown. Unfortunately, I did send a little more then I wanted be when the issue is bigger then what you see that can happen. I am very pleased with everything and will definitely recommend precision garage doors to others.
