I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.

I sent a review after Kole serviced my garage door but forgot to put in a very important detail, he saved me over$1700. He was having a horrible time with trying to get my phone app and garage door to connect. This process including a phone call to the manufacturer took 2 hrs . This young man was amazing. I had a spring on my garage door snap at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and repair the door. I was surprised when a technician could come out between 3 & 6 that same afternoon! Kevin was our technician and he was very professional an walked through all our option. He let us know what HAD to be done to keep us safe and what COULD be done to prevent further issues. There was no sales pressure at all - he went through each option and we came up with the best solution for our situation. I am VERY pleased with the experience from the person answering the phone to final finished repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who is in need of a repair.

We had a cable cord break on our garage door about 2:00 on Friday afternoon. I called two local companies and neither one could get to me until Monday. I Googled Emergency Garage Door Repair and Precision Garage Door popped up. I called them and I had a service technician at my home 15 minutes later. The technician (Brock)was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He repaired the cable and recommended a couple of other things be replaced but he wasn’t pushy at all. I was extremely happy with the quick and efficient service the Precision Garage Door provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I love how straightforward they are, from getting a quote from Analisa for the install to getting an honest update on how my door is holding up (perfectly!) during my routine maintenance call with Mike F. I never had to work on a garage door before, so I threw the dice and reached out to Precision. This was a true 5-star experience. You first get a message giving you some real info about your technician, so it isn't like meeting a stranger. Then Eric G came and saved me. The previous owner destroyed the garage by installing the door with no stud. He masterfully fixed everything, and you wouldn't even know he had to cut into it. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They have my business when it comes to garage door maintenance and installs from now on.
