Very pleased with our experience. I was expecting a good experience based on the reviews, but it ended up exceeding expectations. Andrew S came out to fix our door - which the bottom bracket had broken. He found the root cause for the failure, provided us with detail information in order to make an informed decision on the appropriate remediation and suggestions to address potential long-term issues. As the primary entry point for our home, I feel great about it today and hopeful that it runs smoothly for the next 10 years.

Thank you to Precision Garage Doors and my service technician Josh B. Words cannot describe how impressed I was with the service I received from Josh. He let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived he told me what was going wrong in minutes. Made recommendations on what he thought I should do to fix my issues. He then told me what he would do to make my doors operate smoothly and efficiently on top of replacing my broken parts. The before and after service was a night and day difference. He even showed me the parts that were broken through the process. I wish I would have taken a before and after video because I cannot believe the difference Josh made on my doors. They now move up and down smoothly, quietly, and efficiently. With the bedrooms up above the garage door this is a major upgrade. Thank you Josh for all your hard work and for taking the time to make the doors function the right way.

Service techs communicated well before their arrival. Upon arrival they evaluated all the necessary repairs needed and provided options. Once options for repairs were selected, techs meticulously installed all the new needed hardware and test operated door to best function. Very pleased with both techs, very personable, friendly and professional. Techs also worked with getting me additional discounts on hardware.

Everyone we encountered with Precision was courteous, friendly and helpful. They answered the phone and scheduled us first thing the next day. We got updates by text and even a bio about our Technician, Orlando. He was super nice and extremely helpful. He explained as much as I needed him to and he bent over backwards to provide the best service within our budget. He never talked down to me and helped me make informed choices. I continue to be ecstatic that I chose Precision Garage Door Service for my new door I had installed 3 years ago. I make sure to keep up on annual maintenance, and am beyond happy with my most recent maintenance call with Greg M. Precision, including Greg, were clear in their communication, so there were no surprises around arrival time or cost. Greg kept me informed the entire time, and really took the time to listen to me gush about how much I love my garage door, and he gave me some great, simple tips on how to keep things running smoothly in between maintenance calls. My experience has been nothing less than 5 out of 5 stars from getting a quote, through installation, and now, regular maintenance. You have gained a customer for life. Mark was excellent honest and thorough. I originally had him come out to install a new garage door. I had purchased Mark checked my previous garage door to make sure that I didn’t need it replaced and got it working and provided me options that if I wanted to still keep the new unit that I could move it to my other door and then told me of other options that the company has he also let me know about potential issues with my garage door. I never felt pressured to buy. I never felt that I was being told something false and I really truly appreciate not having to spend money in a time where I have a lot of things going wrong for me financially I truly appreciate the service and the care that Mark gave me. We’ve had 3 doors installed over the years with typically good service. We’ve consistently referred others. Unfortunately, a service call for minor repairs to one door cost more than all full door replacements combined. Stick with the smaller outfits. Would no longer recommend for any overhead door work.
