Garage Door Repair Reviews in Indianapolis (Updated July 2026)

Bottom panel was damaged. Installer pointed it out to me and said it would be replaced. Took pics of the damage to send in and informed me that someone would reach out to me to schedule a replacement date.

We had the pleasure of Mike F assisting us with a garage door opener problem this morning and he was Wonderful!! Not only did he assess and fix the problem quickly he also programmed the remote to my vehicle!! I so appreciated the extra mile in helping me with that issue . Elliot from Precision Garage Door came out to inspect and fix my garage door. I was extremely pleased with his service. Elliot was very patient and thorough. He explained the issues and gave me a few different quotes and recommendations. He was able to complete the work in a timely manner and kept me informed. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision. I had requested to get repairs done on the same day. Ben H, my technician was efficient and very personable. Ben gave me options of minimum critical components that needed serviced asap, what he recommended to be serviced in the near future, and suggestions on components to improve the performance of my garage door. I only had a single torsion spring since I moved into my house back in 2010 so I decided to address all concerns and improvements. Recommended from a co-worker. My garage door spring broke on July 2nd, and I called several companies, including the company that did the last service, and the original installer as well. I even called the emergency hot line for them. They did not return my calls. The garage door was stuck and my wife's car was inside. Precision called me back in a very short time. The service technician was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. They had no openings on the 3rd, but came July 4th in the morning! They did the whole service, replacing springs and several other worn out components that the previous service companies had ignored. He finished in a couple of hours and the work was excellent and fairly priced. Highly recommend Precision!!

Excellent customer service from Precision Garage! Our technician, Tony P, was so nice and explained everything to me. At the time, we didn’t know if I needed a new motor or just sensors my garage would not let up or down and the previous sensors just constantly blinked.
