He thoroughly checked the entire garage door system rather than just addressing the immediate problem. Tony clearly explained what was causing the issue today, as well as potential concerns that could arise in the future. I appreciated that he gave me enough information to make the decision that was best for me, without pressure. This is the third or fourth time I've used Precision for spring replacements and opener replacements. I would not consider using anyone else as their technicians are very professional and proficient. On this job, they replaced a 35 year old opener and rollers in less than 2 hours. Much quieter and the job cost was very reasonable.

I was told earlier by 2 other Garage Door companies that my 30 year old wooden garage doors need to be replaced. The main door would only open ten inches and then go back down. You guys replaced some hardware ( Springs ,Rollers ,Pulleys and Cables) and now it works better and quieter than it has in 7 years. I initially contacted another garage door service to repair my garage door. I spent more time than necessary on the phone arranging an appointment for the following day than necessary. Then I remembered seeing your television ad and at 12:30pm I pulled up your website, made an online appointment for that same day (4pm-6pm) and received a text confirmation within 2 minutes. Eric M called at 2:45 and said that he could be at our residence within 30 minutes. That worked for us!! He arrived in a clean, clearly marked Precision vehicle, in a clean uniform and was very professional. He determined the issue (broken spring and a couple other smaller items that should be repaired/replaced). Gave us 2 estimates: what definitely needed attention and one that listed what issues should be repaired/replaced at some future time (or now). There was no pressure from Eric at any time on which option we should chose. He completed the job within the stated time (1 hr.) and was entirely professional and explained the process. He also provided 2 quotes for new garage door opener motors (for future need). I highly recommend Precision.

Elliot ( Technician) did a great job of communicating and showing me what needed to be replaced to get my garage doors in good working order. He replaced all the things that we talked about and adjusted some other existing parts that needed adjusted. The price includes a 7 year parts and labor warranty which was very good to know. Also it was nice to know that the owner lives here locally.
