Marquis E.... was our technician. He was 100% professional. He explained every step of the repair process and the cost of each item. He pointed out to us where the garage door was not properly installed originally. When the job was complete, the garage door worked better than when the "other" company installed it... Was disappointed initially when the appt got rescheduled from Friday evening. Thank you for sending Eric, who arrived early on a freezing cold Saturday morning as promised. It was worthwhile. Eric was professional, courteous, skillful with his prompt assessment of the problem of my garage door, then completed the job with a reasonable cost in a timely fashion. He picked up the broken parts & left the work area clean afterwards. Courtesy wearing shoe covers when needed to walk/access the house. Highly recommended. Thanks for employing technician who embraces great work ethics that is hard to find now a day.

We are very pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. We found PGD from their website when we were planning to replace our aging garage doors. We used the online selection tool to narrow down our selection. My wife then contacted your office and the phone was answered promptly by a real person--rather than complicated answering machine. Once we were close to a decision a sales person came out to measure and quote our installation. We had a written quote later the same day. We had some questions about some of the panel and glass options. We were able to see the various options in your showroom where we selected the options that worked the best for our installation. We placed our order and had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive. Once they arrived the installation was scheduled and the installation occurred on the day it was promised. Our new doors work so much better than the ones we replaced. All of the people we interacted with at Precision Garge Door were knowledgable, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Professional Garage Door to anyone wanting replace their current garage doors or needing to service their existing garage doors. They worked very hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our new garage doors. The key things I like about Precision Garage Door are: 1. They answer their phone! 2. They are very professional and friendly 3. They strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction 4. All of employees that worked with us (sales, technicians, office staff) were fantastic.
