Teddy was phenomenal. He clearly provided options for our door repair, longevity and future expectations and cost of service. He executed on that service as well. Precision was great. My garage started acting up on Easter morning, and we had to manually lock it. I went online and scheduled an appointment with Precision the next day (yesterday). Within 3 hours, tech Josh showed up and was done in about 90 minutes. I was very pleased with how efficient the process was. Josh explained everything and gave me some options for how to address our electrical issue with our garage door motor. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He also showed me how to do some quick DIY maintenance on my garage. So far, there have been no malfunctions with the door today.

Chase was a very good technician and very knowledgeable in all things garage. I like that he had a technical background in welding. He and I got along very well. He presented to me all options that were available to me. He even provided me some extra hardware for the doors. Highly recommend. I will note things probably out of control of the company, prices are higher than I was expecting. I have used precision garage door in the past. That’s why I chose them. I know that I was going to get excellent service maybe work on adjusting that price a little bit thanks.

Serviced the garage door opener. I was not able to be present during the service, but the tech, Joel was great. I was hoping just an adjustment was needed, but he let me know the opener needed to be replaced. I fully trusted his judgement and he did not try to sell me more than what was needed. Opener was replaced during his visit - a separate service call was not needed and he kept me informed throughout the process.

While my door needed more work than I anticipated, springs, bearings, rollers and struts, the tech explained it in a way that made sense to me. He also broke it out into a couple different estimates so I could choose to do as much or as little as I wanted to get the door operational. He also told me about himself and how long he had been with this company, 15 years, and that says a lot about the company itself. I went with Precision because of their five star rating and the lived up to it.

One of the 2 large garage door springs "broke." I had used Precision before and called right away. As promised, my new best friend Teddy showed up 45 minutes later. This experience was like a "commercial." Within the next 45 Minutes Teddy reviewed my options, found a broken hinge, replaced the broken spring as well as the suspect other spring, replaced both somewhat rusty cables and lubricated all the hinges. So if you call "Ask for Teddy."

The repairs were done quickly and had all the parts on their truck for the repairs. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of original hardware kit that was used to install the original door. The door is only two years old.
