We have used Precision 3 or 4 times and they always solve our problem and note things that may be aging or weak with the garage door opener. A few years ago they replaced the main spring that had broken and with one more use would have allowed the door to drop on the car. This time it was replacing a remote and setting up with a new car, plus replacing the sensors that had weakened and nearly broken off. They are always proactive, courteous, and inspire a lot of confidence in their services.

They scheduled a tech quickly to repair my garage door. They sent me text messages with updates and the tech called to let me know he was on the way. The tech did a great job of explaining what parts needed to be replaced and gave me a few different options.
