I called because our garage door opener quit working and door was making a lot of grinding noises. They had technician at our in less than an hour he explained in detail what the inspection and tune up would consist of and provided us two options that we could choose. After inspection in sat down went through everything that needed to be done answered all my questions. I picked my option that would work for us and door was repaired in less than 2 hours. Technician was very polite and respectful and he did a wonderful job. We are very satisfied.

Precision had a tech to our house within an hour of calling them. Chase was very professional and friendly. He took a look at the entire garage door, replaced the springs and gave us a quote for some additional work that we will need down the road. We’ll definitely be using them again.

Eric G. was great to work with! He was very helpful in understanding what was wrong and what needed to be done. He explained and walked through everything with me and then was patient enough to do the same with my husband over the phone. Finding out we needed more than just a spring, alot more, wasn't fun, but Eric made sure we got what we needed in a timely manner and that we understood all of the items we were getting and how to use them. Would definitely recommend! Was a very great experience.

Elliot came out and went above and beyond for us. Our spring completely broke and he provided multiple quotes for replacing just the spring, or having other options done as well. There was no pressure to choose anything other than the bare minimum and he was VERY transparent about what all would be done and how much it would cost. He was done in less than 2 hours and as an extra bonus, he went ahead and set our trash cans out for trash day since they were locked in the garage! Everything about this experience is exactly what we wanted and why we will forever use Precision Garage Doors from this day forward!

I used them before for an issue they were prompt and did good work so I called again for my current issue. This time the same result and the issue was fixed in a couple of hours. The technician, Mike, was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and presented the estimate then proceeded to do the work. When finished he made sure it worked and made final adjustments. Good work and the door works like new.

Kalu repaired and installed new garage door springs, coils, bearings, motors and brackets on my recently inoperable garage door. Everything now works quietly, seamlessly, and most importantly, correctly. He did an excellent job and was a joy to work with. We called 3 garage door companies on Saturday morning when our double garage door wouldn’t open and Precision was the only one who was answered by a person. (The other two still haven’t returned our call 3-1/2 days later as messages were left). The receptionist was polite and professional. We were given a Sunday afternoon 1-5p appointment. Sunday at noon we were called & told unfortunately the technician’s morning job turned out bigger than expected and was going to take the rest of the day but they’d come to us Monday between 11a-1p. At about 10:15a Monday the technician called saying he could be here in about 20 minutes if it was okay to come early ( which was great!). Issac was very personable,polite and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and solution. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. He had the door open by 11:30 so I could get my car out (& get to my card club on time) by replacing the broken springs then also replaced worn cables and reinforced poorly installed brackets (done by the original company that’s now out of business) to avoid problems in the near future. Everything was done and cleaned up by 2p. The only things purchased were parts needed to replace the broken/worn ones and there was no pressure to buy anything else or new. Kudos to Issac and Precision! We will definitely & highly recommend them to anyone in need of any garage door work of any kind.
