Drew arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem. He gave me three options for repairing the problem. One I decided how I wanted to handle it, he quickly got to work and was finished in a few hours. He explained everything he had done and made sure I understood everything. My first appointment was canceled 30 mins into the window of service (September 9) causing me to reorganize the second afternoon to get my garage repaired. For this I would have given a rating of 4 stars or below. However, Tyler did a great job. He was courteous and answered all my questions. Do, after thought, he’s the reason I gave 5 stars and not lower!!

I’ve used other garage door companies before but, I never will again after using Precision! Eric Gellenbeck answered my call when he was about to leave for vacation, made the appointment and I got a text within minutes confirming said appointment. Stand up guy, stand up service. My only complaint is that the pricing seemed a little high for 2hrs worth of work.
