Kevin and his helper (forgot his name) did an awesome job fixing my garage door explained everything in detail what was wrong what needed to be fixed and explained benefits of the options. I have been in customer service for 29 years and that was probably top 5 interactions I have had ever..will recommend to all my friends and family.

I saw your commercials and looked the company up online and read the reviews. I decided to call and Krystal was very nice and helpful. She put me on the list for a technican to come out. I know due to the weather, snow, the techician, Elliot came out tonight and got my door working and installed a surge protector so my motor will be protected. Elliot was very nice and very professional. I will difintely be using Precision Garge Door Service in the future for any issue with my garage doors.

My door went off the rails while closing. It happened at 3:00 p.m. the day before the expected snow storm. I got online and booked the last appointment from 4 to 6 p.m that day! Lucky me. Jeff, my technician, was here by 5:00 p.m. He was kind, courteous and had all the right parts on his truck to complete the repairs. By 7:30 p.m. the door was repaired with new parts plus two new springs which I insisted he install, even though the door could have been repaired without them. My garage door works smoothly and quietly and looks brand new. It had been 5 years since my last gararge door tune up and my door was first installed in 1965!

The spring on our garage door broke Friday evening. I was thankful to find Precision’s site and get an appointment for Saturday! Isaac showed up in the time window and did an excellent job. He was incredibly personable! He worked quick, explained what went wrong, and what needed fixed. He was honest with us on parts and costs and we were up and running in now time! The reason I choose Precision Garage Doors was because of the advertising of not charging extra for holidays and weekends Also my sister recently had Precision out to fix her overhead door and she was very pleased I can’t over emphasize this, a person answered my call. Our technician Tim arrived right on time. He was polite, courteous and very professional. Just speaking with him, I could tell he was a true tradesman. He worked by himself, took down our old door and installed a new insulated door just under four hours. Once completed, he helped program our vehicles to the new opener as well. We are very happy and glad we chose Precision!

Zeke was here to fix a roller that fell off the garage door. I knew the motor was original to my 25 year old house, and I was not surprised when he told me it needed to be replaced, soon. He gave me four quotes and fully explained the options for each one. I made my choice and he installed it immediately. I am very satisfied with the new motor, the price, and especially the helpful and professional service I received from Zeke. I highly recommend this business.

I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. My daughter hit the garage door and knocked it off the track. Our cars were stuck inside since the door was only about half way up. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. They gave me options for how to fix it and got all the repairs done the same day. Josh was so patient and gave me all the information needed to make the best decision. He made sure to answer all my questions and walked me through how to set up the new controls and explained how everything should work. He also took the time to help me better understand the maintenance that can be done to make sure I don’t have more of the same issues. Really appreciated the friendly customer service from everyone I talked to, including the texts updating me in the techs arrival. I had seen an ad just last week about the company. I liked that they advertised that they had everything needed right on their truck to do most repairs. I also liked that they had a location in Fishers.
