The spring broke on our garage door. Austin and Clayton showed up and saved the day. In addition to fixing that garage door, they replaced 2 other openers that had been clunking away and really slow. They also installed a new key pad and programmed our vehicles. They are knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Joel, You guys were the first local company that came up when I looked. Always try to deal with local folk. The guys who came were knowledgeable, sorted the problem quickly and set about fixing it quickly. I am more than pleased with the repair, and this door did not work this quietly or this well when it was installed 25 years ago after a garage fire. More than pleased indeed. During his PM of the door after getting it repaired Austin found a pair of bearings on the cross shaft for the cables and springs that were going away, called them to my attention, so I had him replace them as well. More than pleased.

We had chosen Precision Garage Door Service again, because we had chosen them for their services thirteen years prior. The technician, Nick Z, was very cordial,friendly, professional, and sincerely interested in making sure that I was fully informed of what was going on. My family has been going through a very rough time that necessitated careful financial considerations and I felt that he went above and beyond to help us out the best he could. We were 100% satisfied (and delighted) by the end result, and would highly recommend them. I might add that it would behoove the owners to consider their own humanity a bit more often during these difficult times. I consider the technician's knowledge and craftsmanship to be first rate, and appreciate their work very much.

Supremely impressed my the ease of scheduling and the quality of service. Our service tech Chase M was polite, professional, and most importantly thoughtful. He neatly wrapped the opener power cable, and programmed the remote button to be intuitive when using it. You could tell he cared about his work and we really appreciate that. As we are an ambulance service we we're beyond stressed with our vehicles trapped inside the garage with a broken door. Brandon K. is absolutely amazing. The confidence and care he showed up was wonderful. He got straight to work and found a solution. He spent ample time making sure he fixed everything possible and to leave us in great shape. I wish I could give you more stars. Your installer, Brandon, is an absolute gem! If you look up “customer service “ there will be a picture of Brandon. My door would not function and he came out to fix it. Turned out my 20 year old door needed more than a bandage. He showed me everything in detail and where I could cut the cost. I scheduled a service call through their website and it was easy. Company sent texts to confirm the appointment day before and morning of. Josh was the technician that arrived. He asked great questions about what the issues were and told me he would trouble shoot a let me know what he found. Once it was determined that the circuit board was fried, and him showing me the board I decided that the unit needed replaced. Josh worked up a couple estimates, explaining the differences between them and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I decided to go with the better unit being the house was a rental property and not wanting to have any issues, hopefully for years to come. I can’t say enough about Josh, his attitude and professionalism. Josh is a great ambassador for this company. He worked nonstop to compete the job. Once the new unit was installed Josh explained its operation, the warranty and even asked afterwards if I had any questions. Great job, great company! I’ve dealt with other garage door companies over the years and this company, Josh was by far the best experience I’ve had. Nice to know and deal with a Company and employee that actually cares about its customers!! Thank you Precision Garage Doors!!

Kalu did an excellent job in explaining our options. We chose to upgrade our opener from the cheap one installed by Pulte. The opener now is far more efficient. When finished he walked us through he explained how to use all the opening options our new opener has. He programmed our autos for us and did not leave until we were totally satisfied and comfortable. A truly professional experience. Recommend him and his company greatly.
