Our garage door broke unexpectedly over the weekend. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday morning and a tech was scheduled for that afternoon. The technician, Chase, was able to arrive early. Chase was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. The service was completed within 2.5 hours and I am very satisfied with the result. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Broken door spring. Easy process to arrange for a service call which was confirmed quickly. Ben responded early the next day. Evaluated the door and repairs. Provided options for addressing repairs and maintenance. No heavy upselling, just the facts and costs. Replaced springs, rollers and ballbearings. Completed the work quickly and the door mechanisms are almost new and hopefully will last a number of years. Ben was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Appreciated his timely response and handling the necessary repairs. Thank you Ben!

I am: Robert Hackleman, Noblesville, : We Started with (1) Broken Spring, Door would Not raise over 1/2 way up. Called Last Evening after Work Hours, Answering Service picked-up and took all My Info. With IN LESS OF 24 hrs of the Spring Breaking, they were here as time Slot was said. The Repairman ( Chase ) did a Survey of the Damage and what needed done and gave Me the Costs. Met All My Expectation's. Solved all the Problems I had. Chase was SOOOO Very Professional and Awesomely Courteous. Chase was Very Clean Looking and Looked Very Professional and wore there Work Logo Clothes and Hat. Very very Mannerly Did the work as said, took about 1 1/2 hours to Complete - and was Completed on time. All Parts were on the Truck and He was very very knowledgeable and was very clear and concise of doing what He said He was going to do and possibly anticipated. 3 Years Warranty on Parts and Labor. We were thrilled that we could get immediate attention as we were pretty much locked in and committed to a trip the next day. Vladimir showed up at his intended time. Did a complete inspection. Showed us the broken spring, worn weather strip, and some other minor issues. Let us know the door and motor were in good shape and working optimally. Gave us three options for repairs. We went with the extra heavy duty repair kit. He later informed us that our door was wider than originally thought and we had to go with the medium kit which made us respect him all the more. He could have charged us for the heavier kit and put in the lighter duty kit. He was very informative, respectful, and diligent. Didn't waste a minute. Wecare happy customers.

I was referred to Precision Door by my brother, who is also a customer. I was not disappointed! I have nothing but high praise for your courtesy, fast response and even quicker appointment (the next day!), and for your tech, Ty A, and his preparedness for possible situations, workmanship, professionalism, courtesy and accommodation to my timing and needs. I called for an inspection and maintenance service for my garage door and opener -- the result: many issues were found, multiple services were needed. The springs, rollers, bearings, cables, & pulleys needed to be replaced (original installation from the 70's--80's). Ty explained/showed everything that was needed and why, offering options/choices for the issues. I also had him replace our dinosaur opener (which had no safety features), making for a safer, quieter experience.Ty then took the time to go over the changes and new operating system with me for my clarity of understanding. All issues were addressed and all replacements were completed the same day, within 4 hours. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and in particular Ty A, the technician, to anyone and everyone.

Precision has now been out to my house twice for repairs. The technicians are kind and knowledgeable and take the time to explain the repairs and what they are doing. Zach was extremely kind and walked me through options today. We will be moving soon to another home, but will be coming back to Precision in the future off their customer service alone.
