Booking process was fast and easy. They even texted me the morning of my 2pm appointment offering to come earlier if I needed it but that wasn’t necessary. Our technician Mike was super friendly, explained everything in detail, gave us all available options and allowed us to choose what was best for us. No pressure to do any more than was needed. Mike gave us confidence in his expertise from the start, and the job was diagnosed and completed quickly, and with great care and great results. We will recommend Precision to anyone we can!

I called on a Monday afternoon to inquire about refurbishing the bottom of my garage door. Precision had a technician out the next morning. Working with a customer who has multiple buildings on is property. technician was on time to review all of the buildings door needs. he was very professional and thorough in his evaluation. He was able to provide comprehensive solutions with levels of investments for our consideration. After selecting the solution we wanted, the technician began working immediately to address. Eric was fantastic! I have used Precision in the past and always felt their customer service was great. Today was no exception. I called for a tune-up and help with the keypad, but Eric identified some major issues we were not aware of. He didn’t pressure, but answered our questions thoroughly and was so great to work with. We have used Precision Door for over 15 years. We saw there commercial on TV. We appreciated how fast they were able to come out and correct our issue. Today, 3/29/2025 we had a situation where our door would go down as far as 2" above being closed and open back up. Orlando came out he was very polite and honest; he had all the knowledge needed to fix the "eye" which had to be replaced, they were 25 years old. But we had additional questions, and he answered a number of them but if he didn't know he was up front and said he would have to check with someone else. I so much appreciate honesty to that level. It was a joy working with him.

I was able to book an appointment for the next day (I could have requested same day but that didn't work for my schedule) and Isaac showed up right on time. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and professional, and was able to mitigate our issue as well as point out other maintenance and safety issues we never realized were a problem. We ended up purchasing new springs, rollers, and cables.

Royal was amazing!! He was exceptionally friendly with a positive attitude!! He knew the business and was very informative. He gave us multiple options and described each option in detail!! He was terrific!! When we buy a new garage door (which may be soon after our interactionwith Royal), I will definitely go through Precision Garage Door and hopefully have Royal available to install it!! If all of your employees are as wonderful as Royal, you have an amazing company!! I looked at several companies and yours stood out to me. Easy to make an appointment online and here at the time requested. Technician was very professional. We thought it might be an easy fix, but we were wrong. It was the actual opener that was the issue. Installed a new opener in approximately 2.5 hours and all is good. My technician called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon window. He explained well several options for the springs issue as well as the keypad which had stopped working. He also stayed and helped troubleshoot the app and remote closing of the garage door. I would recommend them based on my positive experience .
