Elliot was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona where he lived up until he moved to Noblesville, IN in July 2022. He spent most of his career in the rental car industry. He later decided to explore his creative side and started WoodUpCo, where he designed and built custom wood furniture. Later he made the switch into the commercial electrical industry installing park and stadium lighting before he, his wife, and 8 year old twins moved to Indiana to be close to family. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, boxing, and family time.

Our service from my call in to the the day of replacement and repair, on a Sunday mind you was top shelf. Elliot our repair technician was super knowledgeable and professional. He not only made the repair, but also found other areas of soon to need be attention. He provided me a quote and itemized all cost. Some companies do not share instead just blow you awaiting a big quote. Elliot was super knowledgeable about parts and services. Highly recommend Elliot for anything that Precision sends his way.

I have used Precision in the past and have been happy with their service. The technician, Elliot, who came to service my garage door this time was courteous, personable, and competent. He described the reason my door was not working, discussed the condition of the rest of the door, told me what would absolutely have to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn out and should be replaced. He gave me a clear understanding of the costs and helped me decide the best way to repair my door and stay within my budget. He even repaired two smaller issues I was having with the light and outside panel that I couldn't resolve myself. He left the work area clean and neat and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the people and would recommend Precision to anyone.

Elliot was very thorough in explaining what he thought the problem might be. He provided estimates for three different levels of repairs. Despite the freezing cold, Elliott worked hard for a long time to get the job done. Service was incredibly good! I’d give it 10 stars. Initial phone call was answered very promptly and professionally. An appointment was set up for the next day (amazing), and Elliot the technician who came to our home was fantastic. We moved into an old home one month ago and two garage doors weren’t functioning. Elliot had to make several repairs/adjustments and got the doors working smoothly even though it was a cold snowy day. He could not have been more personable and professional.

I booked my own appointment online for same day service. I was called back promptly and a repairman showed up during my 2 hour window as promised. He was polite and professional. Broken opener was replaced pretty quick. He also oiled both existing doors to help eliminate future problems.

My technician was Elliot. He was amazing. He got there right on time. Give me notice ahead of time. Let me explain the issues that I’ve been having and he got right to work every step of the way he explained to me what he needed to do and my options my door sensors were not connecting, and he rewired everything and now that works perfect plus with a little tuneup. When I first bought my house 16 years ago, I first called precision to fix my door then and they’re the only people I use.
