Elliot was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona where he lived up until he moved to Noblesville, IN in July 2022. He spent most of his career in the rental car industry. He later decided to explore his creative side and started WoodUpCo, where he designed and built custom wood furniture. Later he made the switch into the commercial electrical industry installing park and stadium lighting before he, his wife, and 8 year old twins moved to Indiana to be close to family. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, boxing, and family time.

You get what you pay for - and after my exceptionally timed visit from Elliot today, I feel like I got a good deal. Elliot was calling me with a 30 minute ETA just 2 hours after I called in needing a shattered spring replaced. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the same time, he didn't stand around trying to upsell me or waste my time. Within an hour of pulling into my driveway, he had new springs on my overhead door, new rollers in, tracks realigned, everything cleaned and oiled, and the garage tidied up like he had never been there. This is my first time using precision, but definitely won't be my last. I'd be lucky to get Elliot back next time, the guy is top notch.

I called because our garage door opener quit working and door was making a lot of grinding noises. They had technician at our in less than an hour he explained in detail what the inspection and tune up would consist of and provided us two options that we could choose. After inspection in sat down went through everything that needed to be done answered all my questions. I picked my option that would work for us and door was repaired in less than 2 hours. Technician was very polite and respectful and he did a wonderful job. We are very satisfied.

Elliot came out and went above and beyond for us. Our spring completely broke and he provided multiple quotes for replacing just the spring, or having other options done as well. There was no pressure to choose anything other than the bare minimum and he was VERY transparent about what all would be done and how much it would cost. He was done in less than 2 hours and as an extra bonus, he went ahead and set our trash cans out for trash day since they were locked in the garage! Everything about this experience is exactly what we wanted and why we will forever use Precision Garage Doors from this day forward!

I was having problems with my garage door, staying closed after the snowstorm about a month ago and so it just would leave it barely open and when the weather finally got nice enough, I went out and checked to see if there was any obstructions and even swept the bottom of the garage door earlier today it still wasn’t working, so I called and a technician (Elliot S) came out promptly and as I’m showing him what’s going on wouldn’t you know, it worked just fine. But because I had already made the call he just told me that he would just check it out and make sure everything was working properly and he was very very nice.

Our service from my call in to the the day of replacement and repair, on a Sunday mind you was top shelf. Elliot our repair technician was super knowledgeable and professional. I have used Precision in the past and have been happy with their service. The technician, Elliot, who came to service my garage door this time was courteous, personable, and competent. He described the reason my door was not working, discussed the condition of the rest of the door, told me what would absolutely have to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn out and should be replaced. He gave me a clear understanding of the costs and helped me decide the best way to repair my door and stay within my budget. He even repaired two smaller issues I was having with the light and outside panel that I couldn't resolve myself. He left the work area clean and neat and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the people and would recommend Precision to anyone.

Service was incredibly good! I’d give it 10 stars. Initial phone call was answered very promptly and professionally. An appointment was set up for the next day (amazing), and Elliot the technician who came to our home was fantastic. We moved into an old home one month ago and two garage doors weren’t functioning. Elliot had to make several repairs/adjustments and got the doors working smoothly even though it was a cold snowy day. He could not have been more personable and professional.
