My Tech was Elliot S. He was on time, and very pleasant. He did a thorough inspection of the door and the motor. He showed me the parts that were defective and gave me a definitive what repairs were needed and how much it would cost. Once agreed upon, he went to work and made the repairs in a timely manner. This is the best my door has operated, and the quietest it has ever been. Elliot did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure working with him. I had a new garage door installed in 2021 from another company. I decided it was time to have the door checked out and serviced. I wanted a company other than the one that installed the garage door because if there were shortcomings/issues with the installation, the original installer might not bring up issues/problems. I had seen the Precision Garage Doors commercials on TV and I was sold on the fact that they come to a customer with all the parts that might be needed. Elliot was the service tech and he arrived on time. He inspected the installation and found some weak points. He put together 3 options for my situation, a good/better/best solution. I went with the best solution so that I can feel confident that I will not have any issues in the near future. Elliot completed the project in about 3 hours. The door operates more efficiently and quietly. I plan on utilizing Precision Garage Door Service every couple of years to provide preventative maintenance, like proper lubrication. I am very pleased with the service that was rendered.

I contacted Precision after we had a package delivery driver strike our door with their vehicle. I see the Precision Door Service commercials on TV all the time, and they are located close to my house. Elliot S was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he offered a range of options to help with our issue. We chose to do minor repairs now to fix the door seal while awaiting a response from the other party on the actual damage to the door. Elliot did a great job on the seal as well as tuning up our door to make it run smoothly and quietly.

I had a garage door catastrophe and called Precision Garage doors. The technician, Elliot, arrived in about two hours. He assessed my problems, pointed out the wear on each item and gave me price options for replacing the worn parts. He pointed out what had to be replaced in order to use my garage door, what should be replaced now and what should be replaced in the near future. I liked receiving options and chose to play it safe and get all worn parts replaced so I wouldn’t have a repeat of not being able to get my car out of the garage when I needed it. Elliot replaced the parts, showed me the worn parts, demonstrated how balanced my garage door is now and answered all my questions. If I ever have garage door problems in the future, I want Elliot to service the problem.

My day started off with my neighbor texting me that my garage door had been open for about an hour. I closed it. Then; while I was having lunch; it opened again. I reached out to Precision Garage Door around 12:30 PM and was able to obtain a service appointment for 2:00 PM. Around 1:30 PM the service technician assigned to me (Elliot S) called to confirm my availability and his ETA. He got to my home right on time and; after listening to my explaining the events of my 'ghost' garage door openings; started to investigate. He then approached me with two estimates outlining the work he proposed. I selected the complete replacement option and have not regretted my decision. After installation he walked me through the proper operation of everything and even re-programmed the Homelink system in my car. I was very impressed with both the equipment installed but also with the dedication of Elliot. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Elliot came out and did a thorough evaluation of our garage door. It had come off the track on one side. Turned out it had not been installed correctly.
