Austin is married and has two daughters, one crazy toddler and a third grader who loves dance. Austin grew up in Avon and has three younger sisters. He played baseball through junior college as a pitcher and graduated from Ball State University with an Exercise Science degree in 2008. Outside of work and family Austin volunteers at his church as an elementary youth pastor. Random claims to fame: - Was a professional bodybuilder in the WNBF - Acted in six independent horror films - Once ate a 64oz steak at Shula’s, the gigantic elk burger at Bub’s, and always cleans everyone’s plates at restaurants.

My garage door opener stopped working this morning, as I was headed out to a medical appointment. I called Precision in Noblesville, and they sent out a technician within a few hours. Austin was not only an expert on repairing my garage door, but he was very pleasant and personable. Within a few hours he had my old worn out garage door working smoothly and he even programmed my remotes! This will be my garage door service shop for any/all future garage door needs!

Installation seemed ok Technician was in time and courteous. First day after install we were backing out of the garage and the door fell down damaging my car and our door My husband and a fro They came out 3 more times to try to fix. There was an issue with the opener and for whatever reason it took them 4 times to fix. We had to file a claim with our insurance to fix my car and we never did hear anything back about our garage door We had to try to fix it ourselves because all of our tools are in there. Not a good experience and I honestly would not recommend

Precision Garage Door Service and Austin more than met my expectations. He arrived as scheduled and was able to fix the problem with the double door.. He also oiled the hinges on both the double door and the single door so that they now run up and down smoothly and the bottom seal seems to be installed correctly.

I had service performed by another company about 6 months ago and recently had an issue with my door not operating properly. Unfortunately I was not able to reach that company to correct the issue, so I contacted Precission. The online scheduling was easy and convenient. I received reminder texts and a call from the tech before arriving. My technician was Austin. I can not say enough to express my appreciation for him. Austin represented himself and Precission with integrity, respect and honesty. Austin throughly inspected my garage door and gave me my options for repair, with a no pressure feel. The price was reasonable, and my door is working great! Based on my experience, I would reccomend Precission.

The technician Austin D. called 10 minutes prior to arrival to make sure I was ready for him to arrive. He was friendly and provided all pricing prior to doing anything. I really appreciate the work of this company. They came out and they looked over the situation, even though I had to schedule them for the later afternoon, they said they could still complete the work on the same day, although I did not ask them to do so. They were more than willing to get it done. They also gave me many options and choices so I could choose whatever level of repair would fit my circumstances best and they worked with me they and made sure that the doors I was working on were being taken care of. In addition, they looked (with a visual inspection) at a couple of other doors to see if there were any imminent problems coming up. In summary, all in all, a very solid company. I'd definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends, just as they were recommended to me by my friend.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was Outstanding. The service technician, Austin, did a great job explaining the issues cauing our door to make loud noises as it opened. Before Austin arrived, I thought we needed a new door however, Austin was able to fix the issue timely and efficiently without installing new door. We purchased hinges, rollers, cables and other items that were obviously needed. He also performed maintenace on the door. Service was superb. management is marginal. Major rebuild of the entire door system. The ridiculous product list below is silly; about every part listed was needed. But The reason for the low rating is that i paid Austin almost $2,500 with a check so you don't have to pay American Express. He has my business card with phone and email. AS OF TODAY neither Monica nor I have received a copy of the detailed invoice nor a receipt. THAT IS POOR MANAGEMENT
