Prompt, Professional, and Proficient. Fixing your door isn't something you look forward to or typically plan for. Aside from the $1,000 I had to drop, they made it easy.

Our service technician was professional, communicated when he was on his way, and fixed the issue quickly with no charge. He inspected the opener system thoroughly and communicated what issues we should prepare to fix in the future with our own timing in mind. We have used them in the past and will continue to because they do excellent work, communicate the problem and its cost. Overall, they care about the customer and our needs!

Austin D and a trainee repaired my mom’s garage door today. They did an excellent job. They explained what needed to be repaired and completed the job quickly. Both were very cordial as well. We enjoyed chatting with them! The communication from the office staff day of service was also terrific. Precision has provided service to my own home, my daughter’s home and now my mom’s home. Highly recommend!

I was more than thrilled that Precision was able to get me service within an hour of calling. The technicians were amazing! Had me up & running in no time. Even survived my over zealous & loving “Bella “. I couldn’t be more pleased with the company, dating back 8 years ago when you first installed my door. I will forever be recommending Precision to my friends & family

I highly recommend Austin. He was professional, knowledgeable, clearly has expertise in his work, and takes pride in it. Add to that, he's courteous and friendly. Austin diagnosed my garage door problem immediately. He explained to me why I was having issues. He then gave me his thoughts on how to proceed, followed up with a more in-depth briefing. In all,I felt very well informed. My issues were resolved in only two hours! I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to my friends, and insist they ask for Austin.

Precision was quick to respond and diagnose the problem(s) with my main garage door. Not only that, but they had the parts on hand and solved the problem before it became a more serious issue and/or collapsed. Thank you!

Austin and Bryant came out late to our house to take a peek at what was going on with the garage door. My husband and I were expecting just a quote and schedule back. . We got a whole new set up all in the same night! We’re so grateful for these two for fixing our broken garage door! Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Will definitely felt recommend to family and friends!

Austin was my technician. He was amazing and represented your company well. He was friendly and you could tell he knew what he was doing after his 1st look. He wasn’t hard sale but give me all of my options on a new door in writing. I told him I would contact your company in the next week about a new door. I will give Precision Garage Door to any friends, relatives and neighbors having garage door problems. Thanks for the great service.

Recommended from a co-worker. My garage door spring broke on July 2nd, and I called several companies, including the company that did the last service, and the original installer as well. I even called the emergency hot line for them. They did not return my calls. The garage door was stuck and my wife's car was inside. Precision called me back in a very short time. The service technician was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. They had no openings on the 3rd, but came July 4th in the morning! They did the whole service, replacing springs and several other worn out components that the previous service companies had ignored. He finished in a couple of hours and the work was excellent and fairly priced. Highly recommend Precision!!

I highly recommend Austin and Precision Door Service for anyone needing garage door service.
