Appropriate service was performed efficiently and within the time span quoted. While the cost of the service was a bit more than what I was expecting, the options Tony provided and quality of work done and materials used made me feel confident I had made the correct choice.

I called 3 companies and yours was the first to answer the phone. A technician was sent out the very day I called. Clayton showed me the problem and offered options for fixing it. He was very professional and personable. I had a coupon that claimed free estimates, but there was a rather high service fee, so I didn’t feel as free as I had wanted to get quotes before deciding on the course of action. Clayton was great, but I won’t hire a company again that doesn’t give free estimates.

Clayton was service tech who came to my home. I found him to be qualified, hard working and very polite. Neighbors gave me a referral. Off to sketchy start when I picked an appointment time your scheduling offered 4-7 on Tuesday. Then rec’d a call at 5:10 advising they would not be able to keep appt., so I opted for 8-9 this morning and got a call that I could expect them at 9:15. So that window not met either, I did find the total cost of $1733 costly but I did not compared shop this job which I typically do for any expenditures over $1000.

The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and what might have been the problem with the garage door. Since my garage door was under warranty, I just paid the $88 for a tune up. I saw on my invoice an energy surcharge of $23. If I wasn't under warranty, I would have question why I would have to pay that.

Our service tech, Kalu, was prompt and efficient. He thoroughly explained what was required and the result is we now have a better working garage door than we ever have. The only thing keeping us from giving them a 5-star rating is the price. They are toward the higher priced service companies around, so we recommend shopping for a better price if you have the time....we did not.

We were recently in Florida on vacation and a family friend was watching our house and dogs in Indianapolis while we were gone. In the middle of our trip, we received a call from our house sitter that the garage door openers all quite working. We tried walking her through a possible reset, but that didn't work. I then called Precision Garage Door from Florida and they scheduled a technician for the very next day. Unfortunately, they called during the next day to cancel the scheduled & urgently needed technician for repair. They then rescheduled another technician for the following day (48 hours after the original call). As it turned out the technician that eventually arrived, Marquis, was extremely prompt & professional. He called me directly several times with updates and was able to make the required repairs within approximately 90 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with Precision thanks to Marquis.

The technician Isaac was a delightful and chatty. He was very professional and did his best to help. Unfortunately , it was a commercial door and he was unable to fully help. I booked it on line and that was not an option for me. Something that would have helped us, by changing those options to book, please.

I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Upon searching for it, it wasn’t in the house. I had to have dropped it outside while carrying groceries from my daughter’s vehicle into the house… someone has my garage door opener. I remained prayerful, yet calm despite the tears. What do I do (after ensuring the alarm was on and locking the door from the garage)? I went to Google. There was Precision, 24 hours. Kevin called before he came out. He was personable and very funny. Kevin kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. He gave me options for repair. Excellent Service with a Minor Oversight: I had a truly positive experience with Precision! I was able to schedule my appointment online, and a repair technician arrived at my house within a couple of hours. He quickly assessed the issue and offered a couple of great solutions. I really appreciated that he provided all the necessary information, allowing me to choose the best option for my situation without any pressure, even though one solution was significantly more expensive. The work itself was completed quickly and efficiently, and I'm quite happy with the results. My only minor concern was that when the wiring from the old garage door sensors was removed, the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it could have been. I found several wire staples on my garage floor, and unfortunately, I stepped on one. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs for their garage door or opener.

After looking at my problem, he made recommendations concerning my situation. He explained all the alternatives and allowed me to make the decision as to what I wanted. Never pressured me once. When finished, he explained what was done and sync up all equipment and made sure everything worked.

This review is given by an industrial journeyman electrician of over 40 years and a DYI'er most of my life. I don't give 5 stars to contractors of any sort. They are a business and the first order of business is the bottom line. Customer interest is second. After numerous attempts on my part to get the opener to program, I gave up and found Precision on google maps close by me. They're 5 star ratings convinced me to call. Long story short: I'm happy with the outcome tho it came at sticker shock cost. Suggestion: explain to the customer what was done to solve/fix the problem.
