Cole was born and raised in southern Illinois. After high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps and served five years on active duty. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and working out. Although he isn't very good, Cole also enjoys playing golf every once in awhile.

Needed a new garage door opener. Precision had a special price (very good deal!), better than the other big-firm/competitor offered. Making appt. was easy, there was a good time availability and technicians availability. The tech (Cole P.) arrived on time, had a good professional appearance, is knowledgeable, friendly. He answered all my questions, ran a quick inspection, made sound suggestions and went to work. All promised work was done, everything was installed right and well. He demonstrated the opener, explained all the functions and options. Left the area clean. He left a very good impression on us. I've had some work done by Precision Doors years ago, and I'm glad I called them back. They took good care of us.

The garage door damage occurred last evening. We called this morning and within an hour Cole, our tech, arrived. By 12:45 all repairs were complete. Cole did an outstanding job! Very friendly, courteous and professional. While his attention to all the details was impressive and appreciated, what really caused me to notice was his concern for getting outside of the door clean as a final step before leaving! Amazing! I used Precision Garage Door at my previous residence to install new garage doors. I was impressed with the service I received then so didn't hesitate to contact them when I had problems with my current residence. Cole was the technician who arrived to troubleshoot the problems with my garage door opener. He arrived earlier than expected (after I was asked if that was ok to do), which was refreshing as most companies arrive at the end of the 2 hour appointment window. Cole was both personal and professional and found the issue & repaired it quickly.

We had a new garage door installed in December 2024 by Precision. The installers were great. Today, one of their technicians, Cole, came and reattached a part of the trim and adjusted the garage door opener.
