Cole was our technician and he was great! He had fantastic customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options and explained in a way that I could understand. Needed a new garage door opener. Precision had a special price (very good deal!), better than the other big-firm/competitor offered. Making appt. was easy, there was a good time availability and technicians availability. The tech (Cole P.) arrived on time, had a good professional appearance, is knowledgeable, friendly. He answered all my questions, ran a quick inspection, made sound suggestions and went to work. All promised work was done, everything was installed right and well. He demonstrated the opener, explained all the functions and options. Left the area clean. He left a very good impression on us. The garage door damage occurred last evening. We called this morning and within an hour Cole, our tech, arrived. By 12:45 all repairs were complete. Cole did an outstanding job!
