Cole was our technician and he was great! He had fantastic customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options and explained in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything extra at any point and very clearly laid out what needed to be fixed. They also worked with me on timing to help me get same day service at a time that worked for me and gave me updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

I used Precision Garage Door at my previous residence to install new garage doors. I was impressed with the service I received then so didn't hesitate to contact them when I had problems with my current residence. Cole was the technician who arrived to troubleshoot the problems with my garage door opener. He arrived earlier than expected (after I was asked if that was ok to do), which was refreshing as most companies arrive at the end of the 2 hour appointment window. Cole was both personal and professional and found the issue & repaired it quickly.

I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. We were preferred to Precision by another customer. I’m glad we went with them. The technician, Ryan, arrived on time within the provided window and gave a call 15 minutes prior. He was extremely knowledgeable about the needed repairs and any future repairs we may run into. He was also very transparent with the pricing of everything and answered all of our questions. Hello, I called on a Saturday to get my garage door fixed. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and schedules someone to come out that afternoon. I was so pleased! Austin arrived after he called to say he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful, informative and personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my door and told me of some other things that would need repair now or later. No pressure from him at all, just helpful ideas. I would highly recommend this company. Great service, on time, Austin was wonderful to work with on that Saturday!! I was going out of town the next day and needed immediate service and I got it.!! Thank you
