Teddy also was conscious of our pets, was friendly and even helped the waste management company maneuver around our trash cans as it is also trash pick up day. One of the 2 large garage door springs "broke." I had used Precision before and called right away. As promised, my new best friend Teddy showed up 45 minutes later. This experience was like a "commercial." Within the next 45 Minutes Teddy reviewed my options, found a broken hinge, replaced the broken spring as well as the suspect other spring, replaced both somewhat rusty cables and lubricated all the hinges. So if you call "Ask for Teddy."

A few years ago, I had Precision replace and repair parts on my garage door opener. I was so satisfied with the quietness of the closing of the door. My neighbor was so stunned by how quiet it settled that she called Precision to work on her door. I thought it was time to service the door before winter sets in. Ted was the technician who came. First of all, it was a pleasure communicating with the individual who answered my call and arranged for my service. She was prompt in answering my afternoon call and scheduled my service for the very next morning. She explained cost, what to expect and answered my questions thoroughly. My technician was Teddy and he was superior. Very friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable and a great listener. He reviewed the reason for my request for service and listened to additional concerns I had come up with prior to his arrival. He thoroughly explained what his next steps would be, the order of steps he would be taking and why they were important. He explained that he would give me three options to consider and what each option would address and made it clear that the final choice would be mine without any pressure on his part. After he assessed my garage door, the opener and all the hardware, he gave me a detailed report, and went over a visual inspection with me pointing out every detail he was addressing so I would have a thorough understanding of his assessment to enable me to make the right choice of service to meet my current needs and possible future needs. An agreed plan of action was arrived at and all work was completed in a very timely manner. Once completed, he walked me through a visual inspection of his work, reviewed the invoice and warranties and was on his way. Teddy made adjustments to my garage door opener, replaced rod, springs, rollers, cable, reinforced bottom panel of garage door...I will recommend this company.

We have used Precision Garage Door service for years, upgrading from the original garage doors and simple opener to the "green fittings" that last longer than the basic ones. Now we have a garage door opener that we can open and shut from anywhere in the country, and if the power is down (again) the battery backup can open and shut it many times. This time the key pad died and Precision had to replace it. Garage Doors are one of the devices that one simply expects to work when a button is pushed. When they don't work, Precision will figure out why and get it working! Their response time is very rapid as well.
