Had an opener malfunction after a storm recently. Outside keypad stopped working and I thought I could fix it but made things worse. Teddy, the tech, showed up on time and listened to my dilemma, no judgement , and proceeded to correct the problem. It seems that several power interruptions made things go askew. He corrected the problem, tested everything to ensure it was working correctly, lubed and adjusted the door.

Our vehicles were "trapped" in our garage when a spring broke on Saturday. I remembered the Precision Garage Door Service commercials along with getting two neighbors' referrals. Teddy was available on Memorial Day and fixed the problem. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer. Solved the issue with my residential garage door with quick positive action by installing a new remote opener . We have used Precision Garage Door service for years, upgrading from the original garage doors and simple opener to the "green fittings" that last longer than the basic ones. Now we have a garage door opener that we can open and shut from anywhere in the country, and if the power is down (again) the battery backup can open and shut it many times. This time the key pad died and Precision had to replace it. Garage Doors are one of the devices that one simply expects to work when a button is pushed. When they don't work, Precision will figure out why and get it working! Their response time is very rapid as well.

One of the 2 large garage door springs "broke." I had used Precision before and called right away. As promised, my new best friend Teddy showed up 45 minutes later. This experience was like a "commercial." Within the next 45 Minutes Teddy reviewed my options, found a broken hinge, replaced the broken spring as well as the suspect other spring, replaced both somewhat rusty cables and lubricated all the hinges. So if you call "Ask for Teddy."

A few years ago, I had Precision replace and repair parts on my garage door opener. I was so satisfied with the quietness of the closing of the door. My neighbor was so stunned by how quiet it settled that she called Precision to work on her door. I thought it was time to service the door before winter sets in. Ted was the technician who came. Teddy F did an excellent job helping us with our garage door problem. The garage door was not able to open, and Teddy F found that a lawn mower was blocking the light indicator and stopped the garage door from opening. Once the lawn mower was moved the garage door worked perfectly! The pull down cord that opens the garage door manually had broken when we tried to open th garage door ourselves and Teddy was able to ReAttach the cord again. He oiled the track of the garage door so it will run smoothly. We were only charged for a service call with no overtime even though it was a Saturday. I also want to mention the friendliness of the staff who set up the appointment, and kept me notified when Teddy F would be arriving. Precision Garage Doors is the company I will be using for all my garage door problems from now on!
