My technician came out and was really helpful. He was understanding about the misunderstanding I had with the scheduler and handled it well. He answered all my questions and even programmed our car remotes to the new garage door opener. He even went out of his way to make sure my floor was clean after he finished by offering to sweep it up before leaving.

He called once he arrived in front of my house, he was on time, friendly, outgoing and we had an great conversation during the repairs being made. Very informative and efficient at his job. I called Precision Door on Thursday as our garage door started acting funny and would not stay closed. A tech was scheduled on Friday to come to determine the problem. A hardware failure on the door prompted the need to replace the door by the technician-Teddy who was very informative and did an outstanding job replacing both of the door openers and setting up them up with the new opener devices and the software application to our phones. Special "thank you" to Teddy for a job well done and getting us back up and running without any issues.

Great communication when I called (Jennifer?). Quick service, Tech called in advance as promised and arrived w/in sceduled time. Teddy was great, very thorough inspection. Broken spring was obvious but also found worn cable and bearings. Had all required parts on the truck and completed repairs. Door now in great shape. Teddy was professional & personable, a good guy.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great! I called in the morning because my garage door spring had broke. They were able to get me in the same day which was great. They even got me scheduled for an evening appointment which worked out well since I had to work till 6pm. I received a call from Teddy who arrived exactly when he said he would. Hello! We called Overhead Door Precision Garage Door Service after hours one evening. Our garage door opener was not working properly; it was smoking, gurgling and the door would not go all the way up or down! We were able to make an appointment for the next morning, 8am-10am window. We received a text with our technician's name and a little about him that morning. Teddy showed up and listened to what was going on. He took a look at our opener in total (motor, springs, sensors, track, etc.) He took apart the motor to see what was going on with it. Teddy presented us with the issues (springs and opener) and then with some options. We discussed an insulated door as well, and he was able to give us pricing for that too. Teddy gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do. Once we made a decision, Teddy got right to work and did a fantastic job. Once everything was installed, he explained the opener, how it worked, the new features it had (Wi-Fi, battery back-up, etc.) and let us know about the warranty, what maintenance would help extend the life of the opener, and he finished up by lubricating the opener and door and cleaning up. Teddy took me through the invoice and the required signatures, and explained the pricing, what was taxed, etc. He let me know that I would receive an email copy of the invoice, along with the quotes for the insulated doors, in case we wanted to pursue that at a later time. We have had Precision Door out several times over the life of our opener and they have always done a wonderful job! This experience solidifies our five-start rating! Thank you Teddy!

The tech arrived a few minutes before they said he would (on a Sunday, no less) and was very professional throughout. My wife had some company she was visiting with so I hung out in the garage with the tech while he replaced the springs, rollers, and brackets. He answered all my questions and was a really nice guy. He clearly knew what he as doing. I would tell you the price was consistent with their competitors but I don’t know that. My prior experience with Precision when they installed the motor is all I needed to go back to them. And I won’t check their competitors next time either.
