Great experience using Precision! I was referred to them by a neighbor. The technician, Colin, arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was very courteous and friendly. After examining the door, he explained to me and showed me the problems and what needed to be fixed. He also told me what the cost would be and offered possible alternatives for some items. He repaired the door in time for me to get to an appointment, and the door is actually working better than ever before! Colin was very pleasant and fun to talk with. He made an unfortunate situation into a good experience!

I have use Presicion Garage Door before and I like the service that they will do. I had problems with my phone app using the garage door opening and closing. So Joe came and took care of it and beyond. I asked for another clipped remote control and also he reprogram all that need to be done. So now I have clipped remotes, phone remote and in vehicles remote. All working great for now. Thanks so much for doing this.

Nick and trainee Brandon were dispatched to my home at my request for a garage door tune-up (I was excited I had a coupon for $69). Unfortunately, there were other issues that needed to be addressed. They were more than kind, honest as well as empathetic, but not at all 'pushy.' They worked to obtain the best possible pricing, and when I agreed to move ahead with the improvements, they physically worked very efficiently to remedy the potentially damaging issues that existed (wrong springs, rusted bottom brackets, worn cables, & original rollers - which were all stressing out my opener). I also asked that they install new bottom rubber on the door. They did it all and were extremely neat; no mess at all. Even though it certainly cost more than I was intending to spend, it was a pleasant and comforting experience! Nick and Brandon were great!

I chose Precision because it had a local office and I had received an ad with a coupon for a service call if repair work was done. The technician who came promptly was very pleasant and listened carefully to my description of the problem. (Sorry, I don’t remember his name) . His diagnosis of the problem was quick and accurate. I had worked on the unit before and thought I knew where to look first. I was dead wrong. The repair was quick and the bill less than what I had expected. thanks for a job well done. JG
