I called and made an appointment because my garage door keypad was not working. Austin arrived on Saturday morning exactly when he texted that he would be there. Austin was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and made a very extensive review of the garage door, even though there no problems that I was aware of. Austin showed me all charges for the call and explained the cost of the key pad before he installed it Austin had no problems with my standing by and watching. I picked your company because I was impressed with the tv commercial you have and I am glad that I called.

Absolutely fantastic. Tony showed up early and within minutes was able to tell us what was wrong with our garage door. He fixed the garage door by replacing the springs and realigning the bottom part of the door. Additionally, based on the wear from the garage door being fixed, we had him replace the springs on the second garage door. Tony was very polite and courteous. He did a great job in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We would definitely call Precision for future services.

Elliot came out and went above and beyond for us. Our spring completely broke and he provided multiple quotes for replacing just the spring, or having other options done as well. There was no pressure to choose anything other than the bare minimum and he was VERY transparent about what all would be done and how much it would cost. He was done in less than 2 hours and as an extra bonus, he went ahead and set our trash cans out for trash day since they were locked in the garage! Everything about this experience is exactly what we wanted and why we will forever use Precision Garage Doors from this day forward!

Our service tech, Kalu, was prompt and efficient. He thoroughly explained what was required and the result is we now have a better working garage door than we ever have. The only thing keeping us from giving them a 5-star rating is the price. They are toward the higher priced service companies around, so we recommend shopping for a better price if you have the time....we did not.

I called Precision because I saw a commercial and happened to need help fixing my garage door. It would open but not close without overriding the system. The call was fast friendly and got a technician out the same day. Chase diagnosed the issue fixed the problem and again a very nice young man! I would recommend using them!!!

The first time my springs broke and they worked with me on the price, This call was my safety sensors, Tyler fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He charged me for the service call and that was it. My garage door was bowed by an impact on the inside of the door. The service tech came out; quickly analyzed the problem and solution and completed the repair in just minutes. While there he also realigned the sensors on another door and lubricated all three doors. He was very professional, very helpful and great to work with.

Great experience using Precision! I was referred to them by a neighbor. The technician, Colin, arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was very courteous and friendly.
