This is the second time I have used Precision. This company is all about the customer. The first time my springs broke and they worked with me on the price, This call was my safety sensors, Tyler fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He charged me for the service call and that was it. Both techs that showed up were mega nice and professional! You can tell the owner takes care of their techs, Don’t use anyone but Precision door, thanks so much

I had my garage door serviced yesterday by Stuart. He was on time and super friendly! He me of several different options and help me pick the best one for my situation. Then, Stuart stayed late to make sure the job got done properly and taught me about the features of my new garage door. Highly recommend Stuart and precision door!

My garage door was bowed by an impact on the inside of the door. The service tech came out; quickly analyzed the problem and solution and completed the repair in just minutes. While there he also realigned the sensors on another door and lubricated all three doors. He was very professional, very helpful and great to work with.

I chose Precision because the web site showed that they would come today, and I didn't want my garage door partly open all night. I knew it had been some time since I had the door checked, so besides getting the door closed, I wanted a checkup. It ended up needing more than I knew, but I am very happy that I don't have to worry about it breaking down now. I am very pleased with the work and the worker!

I chose Precision because it had a local office and I had received an ad with a coupon for a service call if repair work was done. The technician who came promptly was very pleasant and listened carefully to my description of the problem. (Sorry, I don’t remember his name) . His diagnosis of the problem was quick and accurate. Great experience using Precision! I was referred to them by a neighbor. The technician, Colin, arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was very courteous and friendly. After examining the door, he explained to me and showed me the problems and what needed to be fixed. He also told me what the cost would be and offered possible alternatives for some items. He repaired the door in time for me to get to an appointment, and the door is actually working better than ever before! Colin was very pleasant and fun to talk with. He made an unfortunate situation into a good experience!

I called Precision because I saw a commercial and happened to need help fixing my garage door. It would open but not close without overriding the system. The call was fast friendly and got a technician out the same day. Chase diagnosed the issue fixed the problem and again a very nice young man! I would recommend using them!!!
