One of the springs broke on my garage door, when I asked a few about who to use precision garage doors was brought up. When I have called other companies it has always been a few days before I can get on the schedule to be seen. But precision garage doors was able to fit me in right away. Dakota came out right on time and was very easy to work with. I work from home and sometimes things come up. He was so patient with me when I had to answer a work call. He did a very thorough investigation of the issue and a great job showing me the breakdown. Unfortunately, I did send a little more then I wanted be when the issue is bigger then what you see that can happen. I am very pleased with everything and will definitely recommend precision garage doors to others.

I picked this company from various advertisements about Garage Door Companies. They sent a man named Tyler out to work on my garage door, which had a bad key pad outside and a motor that I knew had been here since the house was built in 2001. After looking at everything, and discussing all of my options, Tyler not only fixed my immediate issues but also suggested a belt instead of a chain to raise the garage door and take stress off the motor. His repairs and suggestions have now made our very heavy two car door easy to lift if the power goes out, has made the door run quietly where before you could hear the door opening throughout the house, and hooked us up with an app that can let us know when the door is opening or closing, and also operate the door from anywhere if needed. Tyler was knowledgeable, expedient, and very friendly to my wife and I. I would always recommend this company, especially Tyler, to any of my friends in need of repairs or replacements to their doors. Excellent!

They did a great job! My garage door broke and wouldn't go up and down as the trolley gave out. I was expecting to need a new garage door, but Precision came out and said they could repair the issues and we could keep our door no problem. The door was very old and had springs that were way too small for the weight of the door. They replaced my springs with the proper size, new rollers, cables, bearing plates, and a new trolley. My door has never lifted so easily and quietly before. They did it all same day, walked me through everything, gave me options to allow me to decide what I'd like to do. Professional, kind and easy to work with.

Bought a new opener and couldn’t figure out how to install it all the way. Andrew came out, looked over everything. He was able to install it and replace the rollers which had not been replaced in 20 years. He was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful!! So glad I called Precision!!! I called and made an appointment because my garage door keypad was not working. Austin arrived on Saturday morning exactly when he texted that he would be there. Austin was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and made a very extensive review of the garage door, even though there no problems that I was aware of. Austin showed me all charges for the call and explained the cost of the key pad before he installed it Austin had no problems with my standing by and watching. I picked your company because I was impressed with the tv commercial you have and I am glad that I called.

Absolutely fantastic. Tony showed up early and within minutes was able to tell us what was wrong with our garage door. He fixed the garage door by replacing the springs and realigning the bottom part of the door. Additionally, based on the wear from the garage door being fixed, we had him replace the springs on the second garage door. Tony was very polite and courteous. He did a great job in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We would definitely call Precision for future services.

Elliot came out and went above and beyond for us. Our spring completely broke and he provided multiple quotes for replacing just the spring, or having other options done as well. There was no pressure to choose anything other than the bare minimum and he was VERY transparent about what all would be done and how much it would cost. He was done in less than 2 hours and as an extra bonus, he went ahead and set our trash cans out for trash day since they were locked in the garage! Everything about this experience is exactly what we wanted and why we will forever use Precision Garage Doors from this day forward!

Our service tech, Kalu, was prompt and efficient. He thoroughly explained what was required and the result is we now have a better working garage door than we ever have. The only thing keeping us from giving them a 5-star rating is the price. They are toward the higher priced service companies around, so we recommend shopping for a better price if you have the time....we did not.

I called Precision because I saw a commercial and happened to need help fixing my garage door. It would open but not close without overriding the system. The call was fast friendly and got a technician out the same day. Chase diagnosed the issue fixed the problem and again a very nice young man! I would recommend using them!!!

My garage door was bowed by an impact on the inside of the door. The service tech came out; quickly analyzed the problem and solution and completed the repair in just minutes. While there he also realigned the sensors on another door and lubricated all three doors. He was very professional, very helpful and great to work with.

I chose Precision because the web site showed that they would come today, and I didn't want my garage door partly open all night. I knew it had been some time since I had the door checked, so besides getting the door closed, I wanted a checkup.
