Kevin and Kole came out and looked at our garage door and were very nice and friendly. Our springs to our garage door were outdated and they were able to give us a reasonable quote for a new system that was budget friendly. It was installed same day in no time at all. They were very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend them to our family and friends.

On a Friday evening our garage door quit working, Precision was able to be out there the next morning. Vladimir was great - nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me options on repairing the garage door and we figured out what we wanted to do and he got started right away. I don't think the garage door and opener has EVER been that quiet; we ended up having to have quiet a bit replaced. I will call again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

A spring broke on my garage door. I scheduled online with Precision and received a reply that a technician would arrive between 8-10. Technician came, replaced the two springs and performed a tune up on all the door hardware. He noted a couple of items with wear and I agreed to have him replace them. Technician was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great service. Will definitely use again if needed.

Today's experience with Issac was outstanding. He explained exactly what we needed to get our garage door back to good condition, including which parts beyond springs needed to be replaced for the best operation. Eric was fantastic. He explained everything clearly. He gave us options for us to choose from. He was professional, showed up on time and introduced himself. He got straight to the issue I explained and showed me the circuit board which caused the problem. I will have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises again.

He did not pressure us to do anything and gave multiple options. Precision is the only company I call for garage door service. I was able to get a technician out to my house surprisingly quick. It was a good experience from the first phone call. I was greeted with a friendly person on the phone as well as the technician that came out. The technician was courteous, professional and answered all of my many questions. I was so impressed with precision!! To start with the amazing text message I received 45 minutes prior to arrival. The technician Austin D. called 10 minutes prior to arrival to make sure I was ready for him to arrive. He was friendly and provided all pricing prior to doing anything. I will always call Precision for anything else I need. I will definitely ask for Austin D. If that is permitted. NICE JOB!

I spoke with 2 ladies who were polite, helpful, without being pushy, and knowledgeable with quick responses. Eric the repair serviceman was on time, while keeping us informed as to his arrival, directed us through our repair options and costs. Was efficient in making the repairs and make sure all devices were in sink and operating properly following the repairs.

Serviceman/installer was good. What is sad is that Precision Garage Door did NOT honor their warranty! Even though I had 1 year left on my Precision Door Opener unit, they said the part that went bad (sprocket) is no longer available. So I had to buy a new opener - out of pocket cost. Yes they gave credit to purchase the new one, but still out of pocket cost way toooo early!
