Joey was outstanding. Called to let me know when he would be here. He was on time and took the time to listen to my description of what the garage door was doing/wasn't doing. He inspected the door and quickly determined the root cause and took the steps to remedy the situation and completely serviced the entire door, bearings, hinges, rollers, reversed two of the top rollers for smooth operation. and realigned the motor assembly. His knowledge was evident and I am glad I have chosen Precision for all of my garage door needs! Bless the Precision Team! Did I mention the door is now operating as quiet as a mouse in church. :-)

I called this morning for the replacement or service on our garage door operator. It had stopped working right after the storm created a power surge. Precision said that they could get to us today. Super easy and fast scheduling. I was placed on an appointment almost immediately and my technician, Andrew S was over to me slightly after 10am in my four window. Insane timing and even better service. Andrew S IS a complete asset, so nice and detailed. He made me feel very comfortable and was very honest up front about the work and what needed done. He might've left with my door fixed, but what he really did was make sure my family was safe, comfortable and happy, couldn't recommend him more.

Clayton was service tech who came to my home. I found him to be qualified, hard working and very polite. Neighbors gave me a referral. Off to sketchy start when I picked an appointment time your scheduling offered 4-7 on Tuesday. Then rec’d a call at 5:10 advising they would not be able to keep appt., so I opted for 8-9 this morning and got a call that I could expect them at 9:15. So that window not met either, I did find the total cost of $1733 costly but I did not compared shop this job which I typically do for any expenditures over $1000.
