Kevin was superb. He was on time and gave it to me straight. I wanted the services he could provide and he performed exceptionally. He showed me what was wrong with my opener and how to fix it. The representative arrive promptly and assessed our need. He determined that the old springs (which had been replaced less than 2 years ago) were "undersized" for the type and size of our door, which likely contributed to the door opener failing to operate. Mike, our technician, was very respectful of our property, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He explained the use of the new system, the warranty, and made certain that we understood the operation of the system.
