I called 3 companies and yours was the first to answer the phone. A technician was sent out the very day I called. Clayton showed me the problem and offered options for fixing it. He was very professional and personable.
I had a coupon that claimed free estimates, but there was a rather high service fee, so I didn’t feel as free as I had wanted to get quotes before deciding on the course of action. Clayton was great, but I won’t hire a company again that doesn’t give free estimates.
