We had an issue with our garage door on NYE! Dressed and ready for church only to discover our garage door would not lift to it's open position! Husband looked up and said the spring has come apart. He had heard the jingle about Precision Doors service you can trust, so we trusted that they would help us!! The technician Marqus was very timely, friendly and personable. Tony D. was my installer. He was very professional and courteous. He did his inspection of my garage door opener and explained everything to me. Also explained the other parts of the whole garage door parts. So I got a New Genie installed after he explained the different garage door opener. Very happy with everything. I chose your company based on reviews online. I thought your truck charge was reasonable. I had an unexpected inability to get home to meet him and only spoke with him over the phone. We had already researched our problems so I wasn't surprised at what he suggested and was very pleased that he didn't try to oversell us on anything that was working well, and gave us an idea of how long they expect the various components to last. Great customer service!

Stuart was phenomenal—just a super nice guy and easy to work with. We had a spring break on a Sunday morning, and I never expected anyone to be open to help us. The online portal was easy to book, and Stuart was right on time at 4 pm. He had all the parts to fix our spring. Probably a cheaper vendor out there, but I would take service and quality any day over saving a few bucks. Thanks- Jeremy

An excellent experience to get my garage door repaired. It was easy to schedule an appointment thriugh your website. I was called before my estimated appointment time to be advised that my technician's previous job was running over and they would be late. Ty, my technician was courtious, knowledgeable and thorough doing an extensive safety check and explaining what he found. He was detailed in his explanation of the issue and my options from a-z. When he finished the worked he walked me a detailed invantory of what he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very cordial and just a real nice guy. I appreciate all his help and will definately utilize and/or refer this company in the future.

I chose Precision randomly looking for a garage door service, in hopes of an affordable replacement, and no pressured sales. Eric and Brandon arrived and after a quick look at the problem, I let them be. After they reviewed the damage to my door, Eric asked if I wanted to fix it, or replace it. I hadn't even thought that repair would be an option. Eric and Brandon repaired the damage that I had accidentally caused, and had even a lower total than I was quoted. Very impressed with the entire experience.

The garage door damage occurred last evening. We called this morning and within an hour Cole, our tech, arrived. By 12:45 all repairs were complete. Cole did an outstanding job! Very friendly, courteous and professional. While his attention to all the details was impressive and appreciated, what really caused me to notice was his concern for getting outside of the door clean as a final step before leaving! Amazing! I contacted Precision Garage Door as our garage door was hit by one of our vehicles while backing out of the garage. Isaac W. from Precision Garage Door was dispatched to fix our garage door. Isaac assessed the damage and quoted me a price for the repair. He finished the repair in a timely fashion and the garage door is good as new! Isaac is a miracle worker!!!
