Had heard great things about Precision and seen the commercial a few times. So when our door went out they were my first call. Joey was able to come out within a day and walked me through the inspection, what caused it, what new parts and repairs could help with, and even showed multiple variations of options. Then he installed it that morning and walked me through everything. Super awesome guy, knowledgeable, friendly, and exudes hard work. I would definitely recommend Precision, and specifically Joey to any friends and family that end up having garage door trouble.

Joey was the BEST! He was so thorough, professional, and friendly. He arrived quickly, spent extra explaining the problem and our options. Joey also showed us everything he had worked on, and made sure we were satisfied. He also gave us advice for any future concerns and explained the warranty. Joey is so knowledgeable, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would recommend him to anyone that has a garage door need. You can trust Joey! He does excellent work and will take care of you!

Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews. I thought it was a nice touch when the confirmation text gave me a brief bio on the technician, Joey. He was there bright and early the next morning, and was great to work with. Nick did a fantastic job. He let me know when he’d arrive and showed up on time. Was great with my dogs who can be nervous around new people. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. After the repair things are working better than they ever have. Highly recommend!

Our Garage door was working sometimes and sometimes it would, Josh with precision was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He found other issues that might have caused problems later down the road as well. Wow, have never used Precision before . Our 3 year old Door we purchased from another company malfunctioned on a Sunday. Precision was the only company answering heir Phone. Zeke was out in Less than 1 hour and did an amazing job, it was a simple but time consuming repair and my door is better than new, and quieter than before . Highly Recommended!
