I am: Robert Hackleman, Noblesville, : We Started with (1) Broken Spring, Door would Not raise over 1/2 way up. Called Last Evening after Work Hours, Answering Service picked-up and took all My Info. With IN LESS OF 24 hrs of the Spring Breaking, they were here as time Slot was said. The Repairman ( Chase ) did a Survey of the Damage and what needed done and gave Me the Costs. Met All My Expectation's. Solved all the Problems I had. Chase was SOOOO Very Professional and Awesomely Courteous. Chase was Very Clean Looking and Looked Very Professional and wore there Work Logo Clothes and Hat. Very very Mannerly Did the work as said, took about 1 1/2 hours to Complete - and was Completed on time. All Parts were on the Truck and He was very very knowledgeable and was very clear and concise of doing what He said He was going to do and possibly anticipated. 3 Years Warranty on Parts and Labor. ABSOLUTLY would have Precision and Him again !!!!! Thank You Very Much Chase - for Your Help and Your Undivided Attention to Detail and Clean Up. Everyone - Needs a ( Chase on Their Team ) !!!!!!!!!! This is the third or fourth time I've used Precision for spring replacements and opener replacements. I would not consider using anyone else as their technicians are very professional and proficient. On this job, they replaced a 35 year old opener and rollers in less than 2 hours. Much quieter and the job cost was very reasonable.

I called this morning for the replacement or service on our garage door operator. It had stopped working right after the storm created a power surge. Precision said that they could get to us today. Their service technician arrived and immediately checked out the operator and inspected the overhead door. The technician was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable. We were experiencing difficulty with our 18 year old garage door opener. I found a decal that Precision had placed on the inside of our garage door back in 2013 and applied for a service request with Precision's website. It was fairly easy to request service, and appreciated their listing of available appointment times by the day. I picked one that was the next day. After the inspection of the door that took 15 minutes, the tech explained what was necessary. Lot's of options and pricing to choose from. We decided to proceed with the install and it was done in about 3-1/2 hours. Cleanup and haul away of the older unit components. In addition, the tech programmed our vehicle to open the garage door from the inside of our car. Nice experience.
