Technician was knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He was easy to talk too. He wasn't pushy. I Called at 630 pm on Friday. Arrived at 11am Saturday. Called before he arrived. Fast service. Company was great and that is where I will buy my next garage door opener when I will need it.

I had a problem with my garage door. Called and were very friendly and gave me an appointment for the next day. Matt came out when they said he would. Was very friendly and explained exactly what the problem was and with no pressure we agreed on what needed to be done and he fixed it in a couple hours. I would do business with this company again if I need work on my garage door.

I would highly recommend Precision. We had an accident with our garage door early this morning. I called and was greeted by Angie. She was fantastic! Got us on the schedule for same day service between 8 and 10 AM. The service tech called me at 8:15 saying he was on his way. Joey arrived and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a complete assessment of the situation and explained in detail about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. By 10:15 the job was complete. We could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you Angie and Joey. You both are great ambassadors for Precision.

In these days where it seems Customer Service has become an oxymoron, it is truly a pleasure to share that our experience with Precision Garage Door was extraordinary! Our expectations were exceeded in every sense! I backed into our garage door damaging the bottom quarter panel. I was fearing the worst thinking we would have to replace the entire door. We purchased the door and opener new right at five years ago from Precision. I called Precision and the next day Andrew S. from Precision arrived. He assessed the damage and shared he believed he could repair the door whilst salvaging the bottom quarter panel. He quoted us a price and shared that if his repair did not fix the door he would not charge us for the repair knowing we would have to replace the bottom quarter panel bottom quarter panel. Frankly, I was not optimistic, BUT I am thrilled to share his repair worked! Andrew S. was in and out in less than an hour! He was prompt, courteous, professional, personable, AND ethical. Even though we live in Anderson, without hesitation I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Indy and Andrew S.!

I chose Precision based off of all the great reviews. I called to schedule an appointment and a technician was at my house the next day. Had a new opener installed along with some worn parts that needed replaced. The door is so quiet now I can hardly tell when it's being opened. I would like to say that Andrew S. did an excellent job! He explained all my options and got my service done in a timely fashion. Thanks again Andrew!
