I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Service Tech Kevin U. was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I knew my garage door and opener were both old and I was prepared to replace them, but Kevin took his time to explain all my options, including the possibilities to just repair my existing setup and not replace them. We have an old, very heavy door that has required some repairs over the years. We had used Precision at least twice in the recent past. This last episode was caused by a cable slipping off the worn attachemnt post on the edge of the door. There were a few additional casualties because of the falling door that needed to be replaced. Kevin, the technician, came early on Monday morning and set about surveying the situation and gave us a list of the items we would need to put the door into very good working order. We let him do his work and within a very reasonable time, he was finished. The door runs as it's supposed to and quietly. Kevin did a fantastic job!!
