I selected your company because I had good recomendations from a friend. I was able get an appointment later that day The service was excelent and I was called to let me know that the seervice man might be a little later due to extra time at the previous customer. However he was on time and did a great job. He was very professional and courteous and sugested some other things that i might need in the future. Very satisfied and will call again if I need service

Precision Door Service did a great job fixing our garage door after a broken spring. They replaced both springs and the rollers, and the door now runs smoother and quieter than ever. Eric, our technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the repair clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was balanced and working properly before leaving. Fast service, quality work, and great customer experience. I’d absolutely recommend Precision, especially if you get Eric.

I want to Thank Precision Service for sending Isaac to repair our garage door. He was very professional & knowledgeable about what he was doing & explained everything that he was doing & surveyed all the problems we were having & was able to fix all the issues we were having plus advised us on some possible problems that we would need to replace soon. It was good also to be grateful that he had all parts that was needed on his truck & was able to make repairs the same day without having to make another trip for needed parts.

Dakota was our technician and he was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable and my husband enjoyed talking with him. We had been having trouble with our door for a while but it was still working, barely. We kept seeing their commercial while watching the morning news and decided to give them a try. Our past experience with you made you the only company I called or considered today. Your technician, Drew, was an outstanding representative of your company. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. He offered several different openers and had them all on his truck. After we settled on an opener, he quickly got to work and had the new opener installed in just over an hour, including the outside keypad. He explained how everything worked, answered all our questions. Drew showed up at the exact time that the dispatcher said he would. Another great experience with Precision, thank you Drew !

Great experience. Brandon was polite and explained everything. He listened to what my concern was and addressed it. I only needed a tune up but was concerned about the company who had installed it. He reassured me that the installation was fine and tuned it up so that it is running quieter. I would recommend this company to all.

We had used Precision garage door service a few years ago. So when we had a spring break on our garage door we called them again. Eric M. was the technician that came to see us. He was on time and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After looking over our garage door and opener he explained clearly what was needed. After we approved the work to be done, he started the job right away. After the parts were replaced (springs, rollers, and cables) he gave us a summary of the overall job.
