I’ve used other garage door companies before but, I never will again after using Precision! Eric Gellenbeck answered my call when he was about to leave for vacation, made the appointment and I got a text within minutes confirming said appointment. Stand up guy, stand up service. My only complaint is that the pricing seemed a little high for 2hrs worth of work.

Eric showed up on time. I explained the problem. He said, give me a moment to look it over. 30 seconds later he had diagnosed my problem. He told me what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me why the garage door was not operating properly. My wife asked when will they be able to fix the garage, thinking we would need to schedule for another day. I told her, Eric is almost done, which she was thrilled with.
