Technician Jarad took the time to explain the issues with our door, the several options we had available for repair, and then made the repairs based on our decisions. When the work was completed, he operated the door several times to make sure everything was working properly, then gave us a quote on a motor replacement when that becomes necessary. He was polite, professional, and friendly. We would use Precision again.

First off let me say that my experience with Precision Garage Door was 6 stars not 5. My Technician Patrick was simply outstanding. He spent the better part of Saturday Evening (before Easter Sunday) making repairs to my garage door. He refused to leave it as good enough, and spent the extra time and effort to make sure that it was fixed properly before leaving. I am a customer for life, and can say without reservation that I will recommend them to any of my friends need repairs. Thank you!

I chose this company in part because of the number of high customer reviews posted on the website. Both garage door springs broke at the same time late Friday evening, while both cars were in the garage. No way to get the cars out of the garage. I called Precision and was able to schedule a repair on the following day, Saturday afternoon. The technician showed up on time and 90 minutes later all was repaired. Pascal was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, and most importantly, he repaired the door to my satisfaction at a fair price. I recommend Precision.

My brother is in hospice @ home and I'm taking care of him. I broke a spring on the garage door which is critical at this time. Called late Fri, and Mike was out to Pendleton this am. He did a bang up job, just when I needed it most. Thanks Mike for your quick response! 5 stars!

I called in to get a quote before i scheduled the repair. I was quoted $145 for spring and installation. My other half told him he wanted the $145 spring before he installed it as well. The tech put in a $240 spring, instead. Why? totaling 271.... What the hell.. Almost double.. Trying to get a refund for the over charge.. I'll write another review tomorrow, after Im able to talk to management about it. They were gone for the day at 4:22 pm, So I have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully resolve this.

I was extremely pleased with Andrew. He came to my house to give me an estimate on two openers. He was thorough in his explanation of how one could be installed but would need some additional adjustments with regard to the track not being in place. Our technician showed up right at the appointment time, and looked at all of the components first. He then explained how the door operates and gave options and prices for recommended repairs. We chose just to replace both springs. The repairs were made quickly and we have a functioning door once again! Service was great!
