I chose this company in part because of the number of high customer reviews posted on the website. Both garage door springs broke at the same time late Friday evening, while both cars were in the garage. No way to get the cars out of the garage. I called Precision and was able to schedule a repair on the following day, Saturday afternoon. The technician showed up on time and 90 minutes later all was repaired. Pascal was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, and most importantly, he repaired the door to my satisfaction at a fair price. I recommend Precision.

I called in to get a quote before i scheduled the repair. I was quoted $145 for spring and installation. My other half told him he wanted the $145 spring before he installed it as well. The tech put in a $240 spring, instead. Why? totaling 271.... What the hell.. Almost double.. Trying to get a refund for the over charge.. I'll write another review tomorrow, after Im able to talk to management about it. They were gone for the day at 4:22 pm, So I have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully resolve this.

He was thorough in his explanation of how one could be installed but would need some additional adjustments with regard to the track not being in place. Our technician showed up right at the appointment time, and looked at all of the components first. He then explained how the door operates and gave options and prices for recommended repairs. We chose just to replace both springs. The repairs were made quickly and we have a functioning door once again! Service was great!
