Jeff was great! He explained everything and told me never to use WD-40 as a lubricant. I agree (it's a penetrating oil at best). He was very thorough. I used the ad the company had on Angie's List.

Nick was the exact type of service tech you hope to have. Explained the job and took the extra 5 minutes to lube and tighten the belt!! A++++ ***The dispatcher should inform callers they may need two springs! Upfront is best.
