I called Precision today for service and they were out within a couple hours. I needed to replace the motor, and Ben H did a great job explaining my options, doing the install, and explaining everything afterwards. He also assisted me with the Genie app on my phone. I highly recommend this company.

I chose Precision because I had them come out about 20yrs ago and they did a great job on my garage door. I had them over today and again the service man was great just like the one 20yrs ago was he got the job done very fast and he explained everything I needed too know about my door and gave me prices on the work that might need to be done in the future. Ben was great and changed out our keypad. He also gave us an inspection with quality feedback on what to watch and fix in the future. We did surge protectors on the Lifts at his recommendation, because we think a power surge was the issue with the keypad, and I wanted to help protect the new door openers from a couple years ago. We have had four Techs from Precision and they have all been on time, great to work with and very professional.
