One of the two springs on our garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door and a technician was finishing a job in our area. Ben assessed the problem and addressed several other issues on our aged system. No pressure and various options were provided. The job was completed professionally and at a reasonable cost. This was my first experience with Precision and I could not have been more pleased. Precision was quick to respond and schedule service on my garage door. Ben was at my home within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. He also gave both of my garage doors a tune-up and reprogrammed my remotes. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to get to know.

I called about an issue we were having with one of our garage doors, no real hurry to schedule but they were able to send Ben out that same day (Friday) which was great. He had to get a new handle/lock from the office so he came back out on Monday and installed that as well as new rollers on both doors. He was polite, helpful, quick and I couldn't have asked for better service or pricing. Highly recommend.

I had requested to get repairs done on the same day. Ben H, my technician was efficient and very personable. Ben gave me options of minimum critical components that needed serviced asap, what he recommended to be serviced in the near future, and suggestions on components to improve the performance of my garage door. I only had a single torsion spring since I moved into my house back in 2010 so I decided to address all concerns and improvements. Excellent product and customer service. I received a whole new setup except the door itself last year. My technician Kevin had quite a job correcting a 20+year old unit and he did amazing. Started having an issue with the keypad recently and they set up appt for next day. The technician Ben was very pleasant and helpful getting it resolved and showed me what to do if it happens again. Very happy with this company
