Have used Precision previously and they were my first choice when my garage door cable broke. They sent out a tech within hours of my call, actually arrived early. Ben H was my technician and quickly analyzed the problem and came up with several different options to fix the problem. No high pressure sales, just laid out the options. Once he got to work making all the repairs he worked very quickly. Ben was very friendly and also knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

This was my first experience with Precision and I could not have been more pleased. Precision was quick to respond and schedule service on my garage door. I called about an issue we were having with one of our garage doors, no real hurry to schedule but they were able to send Ben out that same day (Friday) which was great. He had to get a new handle/lock from the office so he came back out on Monday and installed that as well as new rollers on both doors. He was polite, helpful, quick and I couldn't have asked for better service or pricing. Highly recommend.

Excellent product and customer service. I received a whole new setup except the door itself last year. My technician Kevin had quite a job correcting a 20+year old unit and he did amazing. Started having an issue with the keypad recently and they set up appt for next day. The technician Ben was very pleasant and helpful getting it resolved and showed me what to do if it happens again. Very happy with this company
