Eric and Dakota came to our townhome this morning and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, both of our garage door openers needed to be replaced. Eric put together a proposal that met our needs and our budget, and he also recommended some much needed maintenance on the doors themselves. The entire experience was top-notch. I have used Precision before and have never been disappointed.

Our experience with the Precision Garage Door team was excellent from the first call to completion of the service. The person who answered my call was patient, helpful, and scheduled service for the next day. She then followed up with texts and emails. Our service tech, Colin, arrived on time and listened carefully to our description of the problem. He identified the issue quickly, discussed the options with us, and answered our questions. He prepared the quote within a few minutes, told us how long it would take, and had everything he needed to complete the work. After Colin finished (on time!), he explained what he had done, answered questions, and took care of the payment on the spot. Great experience with Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis for updates on forty year old set of garage doors. Received timely scheduling for service. Technician, Tony, did thorough inspection and clearly explained suggested repairs and options for parts and costs. I appreciated his professionalism and consideration. Work completed same day and doors are quiet, working like new. Definitely will call this company again.

I had great experience with precision garage doors. Our technician Isaac showed up on time and very knowledgeable. I had broken spring and some other issues, he did good job replacing springs and garage door opener. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work.

Tried to leave for work and the garage door would not go up! I saw that the spring was broken so I looked up the website and booked an appointment online (7:45 am). The cars were trapped in the garage! Eric came out within an hour of booking online, he was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong. He gave me a quote and got it fixed quickly. It's a new house and he pointed out that for the original install of the insulated garage door the original installer didn't use the right hardware for the heavier insulated door, and that the other small garage door was not installed correctly either. I would very highly recommend Precision and Eric in particular for being so quick and helpful!

My technician called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon window. He explained well several options for the springs issue as well as the keypad which had stopped working. He also stayed and helped troubleshoot the app and remote closing of the garage door. I would recommend them based on my positive experience .

When we moved here several yeats ago, we had some work done by Precision Door. Today I had my grarage door checked again. The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. The technician came in the morning and completed the repairs before noon. The technician polite and gets the work done in a timely manner.

Josh reviewed everything with our oddly sized overhead barn door and opener. He clearly explained the options for 10ft vs. 12ft openers based on our non-standard 11ft door, went through the openers available and the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision. Promptly scheduled the follow up for install once the order for the opener was confirmed.
