Your company is the greatest of all that we have ever used!!!!!!!!!!! On time, very friendly, knowledgeable, fixed our problem instantly, and gave us new info that we had not heard before! We also liked the info about Brandon on our text which made us like him even more. Our prior service call in 2025 was just as great with Josh helping out with our garage door as well as our old 4 shop doors and they are still working fine. My garage door opener was gasping for breath after 25+ years of service, so when it refused to budge yesterday, I called in a panic. Thankfully Josh came quickly the same day, was able to install a new opener and replace the springs. He was able to explain the process and worked efficiently to fix the problem. Josh is a very pleasant, kind young man; he did a very good job for Precision.

This was my first experience with Precision and I could not have been more pleased. Precision was quick to respond and schedule service on my garage door. Ben was at my home within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. He also gave both of my garage doors a tune-up and reprogrammed my remotes. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to get to know.

The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and what might have been the problem with the garage door. Since my garage door was under warranty, I just paid the $88 for a tune up. I saw on my invoice an energy surcharge of $23. If I wasn't under warranty, I would have question why I would have to pay that.

The spring broke on our garage door. Austin and Clayton showed up and saved the day. In addition to fixing that garage door, they replaced 2 other openers that had been clunking away and really slow. They also installed a new key pad and programmed our vehicles. They are knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Serviced the garage door opener. I was not able to be present during the service, but the tech, Joel was great. I was hoping just an adjustment was needed, but he let me know the opener needed to be replaced. I fully trusted his judgement and he did not try to sell me more than what was needed. Opener was replaced during his visit - a separate service call was not needed and he kept me informed throughout the process.

We had a garage door that wouldnt open. He walked me through all the options to get the door fixed and explained why things weren't working. He told me the parts that really needed to be replaced and others that we could hold off on. Very happy with his quick turnaround and how informed he was. We had an issue with our car and handheld opener would occasionally not open or close the garage doors. Mike was able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution. Mike also identified all of the other issues that required new parts and maintained. All in all, we will have both of our garage doors once again operating the best and have two new openers. From the moment I called for a quote I was impressed. They were kind, honest and helpful. The communication was fantastic! They called to give me an estimate of when Brandon was going to be there and when he was running late they called again to let me know! Brandon and Jared were great as well! Professional and gave us all the options. They went the extra mile and stayed until after 6p to complete the job and make sure we got the app downloaded and the keypad programmed.
