I cannot say how happy I am with Precision Garage Door, and with Kevin, the technician who did my work. I was really happy even before anyone showed up, though, because I found out when I first called that the service call price was literally HALF the price of the company I called first. In addition, the other company couldn’t offer less than a FIVE hour window for when they would show up, but Precision offered a three hour window. So I was already happy when Kevin came at 10am. He was polite, efficient, and professional. He was also personable and had a great attitude. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without delay. He displayed creative problem-solving talent and also offered further possible solutions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone! Thank you!!

I asked Precision Garage Service to replace the weather seal around both of our garage doors as it had faded a few years ago. Our garage doors were purchased at Precision in 2018 and included a warranty that didn't cover the weather seal for more than one year. After discussing the issue with Jessica, Precision offered to replace the weather seal for a very reasonable price which included the materials and labor. The installer was knowledgeable and did a good job. I was pleased to know that Precision was able to get this job done for us and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our service tech, Colin, arrived on time and listened carefully to our description of the problem. He identified the issue quickly, discussed the options with us, and answered our questions. He prepared the quote within a few minutes, told us how long it would take, and had everything he needed to complete the work. Tried to leave for work and the garage door would not go up! I saw that the spring was broken so I looked up the website and booked an appointment online (7:45 am). The cars were trapped in the garage! Eric came out within an hour of booking online, he was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong. He gave me a quote and got it fixed quickly. It's a new house and he pointed out that for the original install of the insulated garage door the original installer didn't use the right hardware for the heavier insulated door, and that the other small garage door was not installed correctly either. I would very highly recommend Precision and Eric in particular for being so quick and helpful!
