Precision installed a much needed replacement garage door opener for me. The technician, without pressuring me, did show me a few other things that needed attention. I chose a few of the recommendations and dismissed others. I had investigated three companies via phone after doing a Google search. The job was completed with great attention to detail and the final price did not exceed the estimate. I would recommend Precision.

We had Mike out for a garage door tune up. He found out our issue, and resolved it; no pressure, no hard sales of any kind, just fixed our issue. We did then ask him to replace the springs since they were old and made too much noise, and he was able to do it the very same day. Very nice experience. Thank you!

Our service technician did a great job! He explained all the repairs that were needed after doing a thorough inspection. The springs that had been installed by a different contractor 7 years ago were not strong enough to support the weight of our garage doors. Nick installed the new heavier springs and replaced the rollers and bearings which had also wore out. Door works much better than before. Runs smoothly and quietly. Highly recommend choosing Precison!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called toward the end of a normal business day to schedule a tune up, and was able to get scheduled for early the very next day! The technician, Ryan was very thorough. He made sure I understood everything and did not pressure me into doing anything but gave me several options for keeping my doors working properly. He also told me what to look and listen for in the future. This was a great experience

One hour. One hour out garage door worked. One hour it didn’t. Made a phone call to Precision and a tech (Paul) was here less than an hour later. Within an hour of that he had the problems diagnosed and got started! Very fast and professional!!! Explained things clearly, gave us our options without pushing one option over another. Gave us confidence all the way.

Can't say enough positive things about Eric's capability and professionalism in fixing our garage doors! Not only was he able to fix/tune up all three of our doors, but the company in general is well organized and great at communication. I originally had another company come out to our home after our garage door spring broke. They left stating they'd get back to me but were unable to fix the door that day. After not hearing back from competitor, I called Precision feeling extremely frustrated and they were great all around. Don't bother calling anyone else!!

Scheduled a Saturday appointment to replace a broken spring, tech arrived right on time, informed me of the options and replaced both springs as recommended. My previous experience with Precision gave me the confidence that they were not trying to rip me off or up sell. Quick service on opener replacement and tech named Vladamyr was excellent and knowledgeable. Opener had a fair price but wall button to match old would have been +/- 20% more than opener price. That is ridiculous.
