When we bought our house in 2019, the first investment we made was with garage door openers. We bought three (3) new ones. From our first impression of the sales engineer to our two (2) service calls that we have had for preventive maintenance, we have been very happy. Teddy came out today and was excellent. From his demeanor to his knowledge to the efficiency with which he worked. We will surely recommend any peer to use Precision Door. Precision was the 3rd one we called, but are the first one we saw with an aligned value system to our own. We are glad that we were patient.

I was very impressed with Andrew Dixon performance installing my Lift Master Opener. He explain the details on what he was doing and noticed a few things that needed correcting with my garage door. I will make sure if I need service in the future I will ask for him.

We were impressed with the knowledge of repairs vs new products that Kevin had along with his ability to give its the most "bang for our buck" with our decision to replace our old equipment (track system opener) and bring our older garage door up to standards for it's weight and size. He and his apprentice were pleasant to have around for the entire afternoon of repair and installation. We felt that he had our best interests in mind. Service date: 5/26/23

We have not had garage door service in a long time and Kevin, our tech, was top notch. If we need service again, we will call Precision based solely on our experience with Kevin. He was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and open for any discussion while working quickly and efficiently. Prior to arrival, the office advised when the technician would be arriving and he then called to confirm he was on his way. On arrival Drew assessed the work to be done (repair broken spring) and provided a cost estimate for approval. In addition to the repair, he reset the motor to take into account the new spring tension and lubricated the bearing etc. All in all an excellent service from start to finish.

We had a very old neglected garage door opener repaired. The technician did a great job. He agreed that the door itself was in good shape and outlined our options to repair the opener. He took time to answer all of my questions. He was polite, on time, and competent. The repairs were done in a few hours and work wonderfully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Precision. Ryan was fantastic & friendly. He arrived at exactly the top of the hour. After a fifteen-minute diagnosis, he presented three repair options (good, better, best....each with warranty), and answered all questions thoroughly. He even wore shoe guards to prevent mud from getting on the floor. The entire job was complete in about ninety minutes, and my family can now smoothly utilize our garage again. This was my third time using Precision within the last decade or so. Thanks!!

Quick service on opener replacement and tech named Vladamyr was excellent and knowledgeable. Opener had a fair price but wall button to match old would have been +/- 20% more than opener price. That is ridiculous.

Precision installed a much needed replacement garage door opener for me. The technician, without pressuring me, did show me a few other things that needed attention. I chose a few of the recommendations and dismissed others. I had investigated three companies via phone after doing a Google search. The job was completed with great attention to detail and the final price did not exceed the estimate. I would recommend Precision.

We had Mike out for a garage door tune up. He found out our issue, and resolved it; no pressure, no hard sales of any kind, just fixed our issue. We did then ask him to replace the springs since they were old and made too much noise, and he was able to do it the very same day. Very nice experience. Thank you!
