We had the pleasure of Mike F assisting us with a garage door opener problem this morning and he was Wonderful!! Not only did he assess and fix the problem quickly he also programmed the remote to my vehicle!! I so appreciated the extra mile in helping me with that issue . I will definitely call or refer people to him and this company. It was also nice that I could schedule an appointment with a person and not an answering machine. Thank you for a great job done!!

The cable snapped on my garage door and Precision came to repair it within 14 hours! The technician, Mike, was knowledgeable and professional. We are on a budget and we found the pricing to be very good. No surprises. The door is 22 years old, so we may eventually need a major repair or a replacement and when that time comes, Precision is going to be the only call we make. Thank you to the team at Precision for getting to us quickly and staying within our budget!

Our garage door from Precision was more than 25 years old. It broke on a Sunday. I contacted them by their website Sunday night. They confirmed an appt for Monday morning. Mike came out, explained everything to me, gave me options and had the door fixed within an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased.
