Booking process was fast and easy. They even texted me the morning of my 2pm appointment offering to come earlier if I needed it but that wasn’t necessary. I called on a Monday afternoon to inquire about refurbishing the bottom of my garage door. Precision had a technician out the next morning. I've never lived in a house with a garage before, and I'm so happy I went with Precision when I moved to Indianapolis. I love how straightforward they are, from getting a quote from Analisa for the install to getting an honest update on how my door is holding up (perfectly!) during my routine maintenance call with Mike F. Our garage is right outside our bedroom, and just like that one commercial, we are fascinated by how quiet the motor is, and I love how easy it was to pair my car's HomeLink. Plus, everyone has been very respectful of our time and property.

We had the bottom roller come out of the track and the roller stem came apart from the bracket. Mike, the technician, quickly addressed and fixed the issue and he even adjusted the spring tension. Fast, professional service!!!

WE'VE HAD CONSIDERABLE WORK DONE ON OUR ALMOST 50-YEAR-OLD HOME INTHE PAST 6 YEARS AND PRECISION IS ONE OF ONLY 3 I CAN GIVE 5 STARS. Arrived home from work at 3:30 pm and garage door would not open. Discovered the spring had broken again. Original spring lasted 14 years, replacement spring lasted 9 years. Called Precision and they had an appointment set between 4:00-6:00 pm same day. My technician Mike F arrived within an hour of calling. He pointed out that a torsion cable had also broken and a few other issues with the door being 23 years old. Chose to have Mike make all the recommended repairs. Spring, cables, rollers, brackets, and bearing plates. Mike had the work completed in roughly 90 minutes and the door operates as it did when it was brand new. Extremely fast and outstanding service overall.
