Mike F was great. He listened to my description of what I encountered when my garage door had issues. He talked me through what he was seeing initially. Then after taking the time to get everything back in place he explained what he felt should be done to make everything work properly again. I never felt like at any time he was trying to sell me anything. It was, ok, your door is working again but these are the things I'm seeing. I liked that he let me decide whether I wanted to take care of the issues now or wait until I was ready to have them fixed. I felt like he was a friend coming to help me fix my garage door and I could trust him.

It started out with a call to Precision Garage Door and hearing a human on the other end of the line. The appointment process was smooth and efficient. Our technician "Mike" arrived promptly and assessed the issues we were having with our doors and went to work. We were offered a good, better, best scenario for material and warranties to remedy our issues. The job was complete in under 2 hours and the doors were working better than when originally installed. I started a remodeling of my home and added a 3-car garage about three years ago. As with the other remodeling, the contractor performed shoddy work. Nothing in the house was done properly and most of it had to be completely redone. It took me almost 2 years to locate a contractor who would agree and finish up the remodeling and bring it back to code. About a month ago, I finally had electricity hooked up to my 3-car garage. I called Precision Garage Door Service and explained how none of the 3 garage doors worked properly. The technician, Mike F, reviewed the chaos and came up with a plan to rehab the shoddy work. The cable snapped on my garage door and Precision came to repair it within 14 hours! The technician, Mike, was knowledgeable and professional. We are on a budget and we found the pricing to be very good. No surprises. The door is 22 years old, so we may eventually need a major repair or a replacement and when that time comes, Precision is going to be the only call we make.
