The technician Dakota came out on time and completed all services within the allotted time frame. He explained the issues and gave me options for the repair while explaining the cost differences effectively. They made the process easy and I had confidence the job was done correctly when they left.

One of the springs broke on my garage door, when I asked a few about who to use precision garage doors was brought up. When I have called other companies it has always been a few days before I can get on the schedule to be seen. But precision garage doors was able to fit me in right away. Dakota came out right on time and was very easy to work with. I work from home and sometimes things come up. He was so patient with me when I had to answer a work call. He did a very thorough investigation of the issue and a great job showing me the breakdown. Unfortunately, I did send a little more then I wanted be when the issue is bigger then what you see that can happen. I am very pleased with everything and will definitely recommend precision garage doors to others.

Bought a new opener and couldn’t figure out how to install it all the way. Andrew came out, looked over everything. He was able to install it and replace the rollers which had not been replaced in 20 years. He was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful!! So glad I called Precision!!! Will definitely recommend and use them again!! Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic. Tony showed up early and within minutes was able to tell us what was wrong with our garage door. He fixed the garage door by replacing the springs and realigning the bottom part of the door. Additionally, based on the wear from the garage door being fixed, we had him replace the springs on the second garage door. Tony was very polite and courteous. He did a great job in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We would definitely call Precision for future services.

I called Precision because I saw a commercial and happened to need help fixing my garage door. It would open but not close without overriding the system. The call was fast friendly and got a technician out the same day. Chase diagnosed the issue fixed the problem and again a very nice young man! I would recommend using them!!!

This is the second time I have used Precision. This company is all about the customer. The first time my springs broke and they worked with me on the price, This call was my safety sensors, Tyler fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He charged me for the service call and that was it. Both techs that showed up were mega nice and professional! You can tell the owner takes care of their techs, Don’t use anyone but Precision door, thanks so much

We were VERY satisfied with Isaac. He gave us a phone call letting us know he was on his way. He arrived early in his time frame and got straight to work with my husband. Serivice was very quick. Called about broken spring and service guy (Jarad) was here within an hour and half. Jarad was very nice and helpful. Very professional. After installing new springs he notices the previous ceiling install of the garage door was incorrectly mounted. Not only did he inform me about it, he offered, and did, help me (mostly him) fix it. Today's experience with Issac was outstanding. He explained exactly what we needed to get our garage door back to good condition, including which parts beyond springs needed to be replaced for the best operation. Once we agreed on the proper course, he was able to get the repairs done quickly. Issac was very personable and I think he should get an immediate raise.
