Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

I t says when I booked the appointment that it was an $88.00 service charge that would would be waived if over $100.00. It cost me over $700 dollars and I was still charged $65.00 service charge plus I never received my veterans discount. I am disappointed at the total cost was that much just for rollers and to reprogram the remotes.

Our garage door broke, and Precision Garage Door was able to get a tech out in a couple of hours. Josh replaced the opener, explained its operation, programmed the remote, the keypad and our car’s remote. He was pleasant and professional. Would definitely use them in the future.

While my door needed more work than I anticipated, springs, bearings, rollers and struts, the tech explained it in a way that made sense to me. He also broke it out into a couple different estimates so I could choose to do as much or as little as I wanted to get the door operational. He also told me about himself and how long he had been with this company, 15 years, and that says a lot about the company itself. I went with Precision because of their five star rating and the lived up to it.

It was your technician Josh B who easily recognized what the problem was and quickly fixed the issue for a fair price. I will now have to have him back to do the same to our other two garage doors, they are heavy wood.

Josh did a great job of explaining the strengths and weaknesses of the different openers that he had available on his truck. I forget the technician’s name but he was great! He solved the big mystery as to why the garage opener would work sometimes but most of the time not. It was the air purifier on my HVAC that was messing up the signal to the garage door opener. Since I am selling my house, he suggested that the wheels and the springs on the garage door be replaced so it is a lot quieter and seems to not work sometimes hard when opening. I am so pleased with Precision Garage Door Service!

Our garage door spring broke on Sunday. I went online, scheduled the appointment for 8-10am the next day (Monday) and Josh showed up on time and installed our new springs. It was that easy, but it didn't stop there. We've needed a new garage door opener unit/motor for the past few years, as our old one was near end of life after 15 years of use. Josh showed me the options, of which he had all in the truck, and installed our new motor - all under 1 hour. It's the most quite opener I've ever heard (or can barely hear I should say). Precision not only lived up to expectations, but exceeded them in service, professionalism, clean-up after installation, and value.

Five stars for Precision Garage Door. Our old garage door motor was shot and finally gave out after years of use. I called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to send Shaun on my schedule. Shaun was very professional, efficient, and walked me through my options and made sure I was getting the product that I felt I needed. They installed a new motor, at a reasonable price! A much better motor and extremely quiet. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
