Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

I had previous outstanding service from Precision several years ago and called them again because of that. Once again,, expectations were exceeded.Josh called to let me know he was close and upon arrival analyzed the situation quickly. He provided two options for repair. When asked which he would chose if it was his door, he explained why he would go with option A based on my situation. In order to complete the repair, I needed to get a car out of the garage space but the battery was dead. Josh gave me a jump and watched the car while it ran in the driveway. He quickly corrected the problem with the door and explained how to make sure I got the most time out of the equipment installed. Josh was kind and professional and very helpful with the decision. Can't say enough good things about him

I’m having a huge garage sale tomorrow and I came home today and my garage door would not open. One of my springs broke. My neighbor gave me Precisions number, and I called at 11am and Josh was at my door 35 minutes later. Josh was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and gave my golden retrievers all the pets. He checked out our whole garage door and he informed my husband and I about some issues with our door that we were unaware of(it’s original with the house and some of the parts that had been replaced were not correct and causing issues). This was an unexpected expense and he let us know what we needed to replace and what we could hold off on. He worked quickly and I was able to get to my afternoon appointment in plenty of time. Outside of the fact that unexpected expenses are never fun, the whole experience with Josh and Precision Garage Doors was great. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again in the future!

Josh was the technician who came to fix our garage door. Our appointment was to have been on Sunday, 5-5-24, but they were able to move us up to today-for which we were very grateful. My garage door is 12 years old, and it was squeaking and rattling more than it had at first. I called Precision to come out and take a look, contemplating a tune-up. Josh explained that the bearings in the rollers were worn and there was a slight alignment issue with the cable. He gave me a summary of options, including leaving things "as is" because the door was working. No sales pressure. I chose to have some parts replaced. Josh made the repairs in under an hour (which impressed me) and the door runs smoothly and quietly now. It was a professional and satisfying experience.

Joel listened to my problem. He offered a solution that saved my door from further deteriation. He was very knowledgeable and replaced my out of date brackets so that my new seal would fit all the way to the end. My garage door sounded smooth and quiet on after the repair. It operated with "Precision".

Precision Garage door was the one and only company that actually said, " We will have someone there this afternoon before 7 pm. They arrived well before 7 pm! In fact it was closer to 3 pm. My hat goes off to this company as well as Josh and his assistant who actually completed the repair. No doubt they were knowledgeable for their work. Josh actually took the time to show me the parts that needed to be replaced in addition to the broken springs which was the initial service call. He explained in detail the work and parts needed and allowed me to decide on the work needed and the parts to be replaced. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT
