I woke on a Saturday morning to my garage door not opening due to the spring breaking after a quick internet search I found Precision with a great rating so I called and they answered Immediately (not a recording and call back) and they gave me an estimate on the phone before coming so I scheduled. Not only did they show up on the same day I called they showed up when they said they would. Not used to this anymore as many companies are not so good at this. Brandon showed up assessed the problem, was professional and friendly. The work ended up being more involved then what I originally thought but that was not an problem and Brandon completed all of the repairs while already here. Great service by both the office staff on the phone and Brandon on site. Highly recommended.

My Tech was Elliot S. He was on time, and very pleasant. He did a thorough inspection of the door and the motor. He showed me the parts that were defective and gave me a definitive what repairs were needed and how much it would cost. Once agreed upon, he went to work and made the repairs in a timely manner. This is the best my door has operated, and the quietest it has ever been. Elliot did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure working with him. If I ever have to use your company again, I hope he’s the Tech assigned to may job.

Had an opener malfunction after a storm recently. Outside keypad stopped working and I thought I could fix it but made things worse. Teddy, the tech, showed up on time and listened to my dilemma, no judgement , and proceeded to correct the problem. It seems that several power interruptions made things go askew. He corrected the problem, tested everything to ensure it was working correctly, lubed and adjusted the door.

Our garage door is ten years old and was never serviced. I knew the springs were not going to last too much longer - this would be a good time to get everything serviced. Eric and his young partner were very courteous and professional. He gave me a run down on what needed to be done and how much it will cost. They did an amazing job including replacing the battery in our garage door openers. Oh - they also put new lightbulbs in our garage so they could see what they were doing with the door closed.

I was MORE than pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Everyone was very professional and yet still friendly. The technician, Brandon, was at our door within 24 hours of my call for help. He was outstanding! He explained all that was wrong with the door and gave us several options on how to rectify the problem. There were numerous items that had to be replaced... the door was about 13 years old. He was very thorough in the repairs, and he made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. He even did a rundown of the new remotes and attached hardware that was installed. He even made sure there were no unanswered questions before he left even though he had already been here for several hours (bless his heart!) Brandon R. came out to our house on 1/10 to inspect a repair I had done just a few days earlier. We talked for a while about what was done. He was appalled at the $3,400 this company had charged me. He also noticed a lot of safety issues the other company missed, as well as potential future problems that I would have because of the poor repair job. Brandon called his manager and they fixed my garage door at a very heavy discount. He found the other company used incorrect springs and drums. He wrote me a very detailed account of the safety issues that the other company missed and what his company would have charged me so that we can use that as we dispute the payment. Brandon created a Precision Garage Door Service customer for life. I will also sing your praises to anyone and everyone who will listen. Brandon (and his manager, but I don’t know her name) truly blessed us. We know that our door will be safe and function properly for years to come. Thank you Brandon and thank Precision Garage Door!!

I would give more than 5 stars if they were available. From the ladies on the phone to our service technician, Brandon R., we couldn't be more pleased. The lady from the office (sorry can't remember her name) kept us informed of the arrival time and made sure we were ok with a possible delay. Brandon arrived well inside the 2-hour window and listened when I explained our problem. He knew what our problem was right away explained solutions and gave us the choice of repair options and the timing to do the repairs. We didn't feel pressured on any decisions.
