I had new garage doors installed last year by Garage Doors of Indy. They weren't working real well, so I called Precision Garage door. They came out and said they weren't adjusted right. They are working much better now.

Zeke did an excellent job on our repair. The original problem was to replace a broken spring. But, there were other factures that contributed the spring breaking. Zeke gave us a detailed list and cost of items he felt like we needed to solve future problems. We decided on what we wanted and he had all the parts on the truck. Great job Zeke. I called at 6:30 a.m. because my garage door broke and I could not open it. Precision Garage Door had a technician out by 9 a.m. and had my door fixed by 11:30 or so. Drew, the technician we were assigned was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he was doing along the way and kept me updated during the entire process. He showed me the completed work when he was done, showed me some maintenance tips and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. He was genuinely great to work with and I am very happy with the entire experience. I'd definitely recommend them..
