Amazing Service! Called on Sunday and they came out on Memorial Day. The Tech Brock D was knowlegable and friendly. Had all faulty equipment replaced and serviced. Price seemed resonable. Warrenty on work was given.

Brandon Richardson came out and replaced both springs on a 16x7 garage door. He was on time and extremely courteous. Completely explained the job that was needed, and finished in a timely matter. Very professional install. He also performed a tune up on the door as well. Excellent service and customer experience.

Excellent service. The men were very friendly. They found the problem very quickly and explained what had gone wrong and then they fixed it. They found another possible problem and the cost to fix it. No pressure at all. They did a great job. They also replaced a rubber seal.

I had 2 broken springs and called Precision last night around 10pm and was surprised to talk with a live representative. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, today between 2-5pm and I received a call today 1:13pm informing me he was early and if it was ok to head my way… Michael showed up within 15 minutes and he was very thorough at explaining the problem and pointed out potentially other issues besides the springs..I am very please with the work and would recommend Precision and Michael in the future! Thank you for your professionalism!!

Very Good Service. The Tech was very Knowable about what he doing. After finishing up he cleaned up and then ask us if he could do any thing for us. He explained how everything works and help program our car remote systems. Very pleased with PRECISION Door Service. I did notice that I missed spelled Precision on the check I gave him, hope this doesn't cause any problem.

We found out about you and BRANDON RICHARDSON Service Tech from one of my friends who lives in these condos.. I called and the very nice lady helped me book the appointment. I told her that I would like to have the tech that was at Todd's Pennington's condo in July. I did not have his name! So she told me that she would try to find who it was.I am so glad she did!!!He was great help to me.. You should know you have got great people working for you.. We've used Precision before, but Kevin was very friendly and asked lots of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He got everything set up for us so there was zero hassle trying to learn new equipment or program new remotes. It was all taken care of.

Andrew did a great job taking care of my problem with my garage door and not making me feel so rediculous for not figuring out how to fix it myself! Today Kevin came out and gave me a thorough inspection of my garage door and garage door opener I originally called about a keypad and garage remote control openers he was very professional and gave me detailed recommendations and explained to me everything that he found and made suggestions in the end he successfully put a receiver on my old garage door opener with new keypad and two remotes successfully I will be calling precision garage doors for any future services Kevin represented your company well thank you

When I called, the scheduler immediately got me on the schedule that same day which was great. Ben called when he was on his way and arrived in the timeframe he indicated. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He repaired the broken spring as well as some other components that were going bad. It wasn't long before he had things back up and running. He did a great job and I would call Precision again in the future.
