Nick Z arrived and was courteous and professional. Assessed the problem with my garage door and provided me multiple options to address the issue and allowed me to choose the one that worked best for me financially. He also reiterated several times a safety issue with my garage door opener. Completed the job quicker than expected. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated his full explanation of what needed to be replaced and why. Great experience! Thanks! Lori A Mills

I had an awful experience with another company regarding my garage door repair. Nick Z was exceptional from the moment he called to say he was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and listened. He was truly fantastic and I felt really comfortable and certain he would do a great job. And he did!

I continue to be ecstatic that I chose Precision Garage Door Service for my new door I had installed 3 years ago. I make sure to keep up on annual maintenance, and am beyond happy with my most recent maintenance call with Greg M. Precision, including Greg, were clear in their communication, so there were no surprises around arrival time or cost. Greg kept me informed the entire time, and really took the time to listen to me gush about how much I love my garage door, and he gave me some great, simple tips on how to keep things running smoothly in between maintenance calls. My experience has been nothing less than 5 out of 5 stars from getting a quote, through installation, and now, regular maintenance. And many thanks to Greg for taking such good care of my "big girl purchase!"

I've been using Precision Garage Door for about 12 years now. I have never been disappointed. Their technicians are always very professional, kind, courteous and never try to upsell me any products. I have referred them to many of my neighbors and they always thank me for doing so. I love supporting small local businesses and this one is definitely top notch!

Nick was great to work with. He confirmed the issue quickly, and gave me a couple different options for how deal with it, explaining everything in detail. Once I made my decision, he got the work done quickly, and my door is opening and closing like new.

We chose Precision after working with Jimmy as he was installing a new door for Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville! His expertise installing the new door on our old shed was amazing and his friendly manner made the process enjoyable! We called yesterday and Precision sent Nick out one day later. He swapped our present opener to a third car garage and installed a new unit in our main door while ensuring all of our mechanicals were working properly! The price was comparable to others we checked with, but Precision’s people made the difference! They get our full recommendation and Thanks for their quality work!

Nick and Chayse went above and beyond to help me with a 40+ year old garage door. In this horrible heat they were willing to take the time to repair the door and make it usable. They did a great job explaining what was wrong and told me exactly how they planned to fix it. They were kind and professional and arrived during the window of time quoted. I am thankful to have a company I can trust and technicians that care about their customers! Thanks guys!

We recently had our garage doors inspected and and adjusted with Precision Garage door Services. Nick was our technician, and Bryant was his assistant. Nick is very knowledgeable about garage doors and very helpful with providing me with excellent information and advice about our doors. Nick took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We will need some repair work on our springs and other hardware soon, and I intend on asking for Nick specifically. Employees like Nick are the reason this company is so highly rated.

We had chosen Precision Garage Door Service again, because we had chosen them for their services thirteen years prior. The technician, Nick Z, was very cordial, friendly, professional, and sincerely interested in making sure that I was fully informed of what was going on. My family has been going through a very rough time that necessitated careful financial considerations and I felt that he went above and beyond to help us out the best he could. We were 100% satisfied (and delighted) by the end result, and would highly recommend them. I might add that it would behoove the owners to consider their own humanity a bit more often during these difficult times. I consider the technician's knowledge and craftsmanship to be first rate, and appreciate their work very much.

We chose Precision because the garage door company let our service call slip through the cracks. When they realized, they could not accommodate us for two days. We called another company and they could not help us today either. Precision was the only company that could help us immediately, today. We had to lift our door manually. It was very heavy and we are over 75 years old. Precision, not only was here today but Nick was here by 10:13am this morning. I was almost in tears when you said you could send someone today. Nick, there are not adequate words to describe Nick Z. Please move him to a rating of 5.5. He found a mistake in our spring, which caused the door to be so heavy. When he repaired that spring, he demonstrated to my husband and I, how much lighter the is. Nick, explained everything to us regarding your products and costs. He made recommendations, but left the final decision to us, NO PRESSURE. Nick is so knowledgeable, kind, so soften spoken but with authority and professionalism. Nick is fun, outgoing, kept to the task. No matter how much I talked to him. Please put Nick at the top of your techs. 5.5 And that is no over the top fluff. Nick is deserving and Precision is also deserving. Thank you for assisting us and blessing us with Nick. We will recommend Precision and Nick, for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Thank, you , Thank you.......
