We chose Precision after working with Jimmy as he was installing a new door for Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville! His expertise installing the new door on our old shed was amazing and his friendly manner made the process enjoyable! We called yesterday and Precision sent Nick out one day later. He swapped our present opener to a third car garage and installed a new unit in our main door while ensuring all of our mechanicals were working properly! We recently had our garage doors inspected and and adjusted with Precision Garage door Services. Nick was our technician, and Bryant was his assistant. Nick is very knowledgeable about garage doors and very helpful with providing me with excellent information and advice about our doors. Nick took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We will need some repair work on our springs and other hardware soon, and I intend on asking for Nick specifically. Employees like Nick are the reason this company is so highly rated.

We had chosen Precision Garage Door Service again, because we had chosen them for their services thirteen years prior. The technician, Nick Z, was very cordial,friendly, professional, and sincerely interested in making sure that I was fully informed of what was going on. My family has been going through a very rough time that necessitated careful financial considerations and I felt that he went above and beyond to help us out the best he could. We were 100% satisfied (and delighted) by the end result, and would highly recommend them. We chose Precision because the garage door company let our service call slip through the cracks. When they realized, they could not accommodate us for two days. We called another company and they could not help us today either. Precision was the only company that could help us immediately, today. We had to lift our door manually. It was very heavy and we are over 75 years old. Precision, not only was here today but Nick was here by 10:13am this morning. I was almost in tears when you said you could send someone today. Nick, there are not adequate words to describe Nick Z. Please move him to a rating of 5.5. He found a mistake in our spring, which caused the door to be so heavy. When he repaired that spring, he demonstrated to my husband and I, how much lighter the is. Nick, explained everything to us regarding your products and costs. He made recommendations, but left the final decision to us, NO PRESSURE. Nick is so knowledgeable, kind, so soften spoken but with authority and professionalism. Nick is fun, outgoing, kept to the task. No matter how much I talked to him. Please put Nick at the top of your techs. 5.5 And that is no over the top fluff. Nick and Mark did a great job replacing a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I purchased an upgraded spring, upgraded rollers, drums etc. Nick also repaired a portion of the track that was bent. I also purchased upgraded rollers for our other door too. New support bars for both doors too. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable as well.

On time & great service. Nick lead me through the process of how to decide determining what needed to be replaced along with which products best fit our needs. Very thorough with his explanations.
