Your Service Technician (Jeremy) is very helpful and answered all of my questions. What you SHOULD do is to make sure your call center employees provide as much information as possible prior to a service call. For example, I needed a new rubber gasket on my garage door. It turns out that a new metal strip had to be installed before the gasket could be attached. Before I knew it my cost was almost $300.00. Homeowners do NOT like surprises.

Typically we can just replace the seal alone. In your case we did not carry a compatible seal to your door and needed to replace the seal retainer. Thank you for the review and please let me know if we can be of further assistance.
